It has generous reception space (the house has been described as swallowing you up) including a grand drawing room with antique furniture & a large open fire, a huge dining kitchen with views over the Forth & a cosy TV room with a large sofa ideal for curling up and watching films. Mar House, Newly renovated and close to the beach.

Settle into Mar House for a perfect get away, we are located around a 10-15 minute walk from St. Andrews town centre and a 2 minute walk to the East Sands beach which boasts the "Toasty shack" ( locally renowned, and perfect after a stroll along the beach). Of course for the golfing groups, this is perfectly situated for access to all local courses and a great space to unwind and catch up on each others score cards! Free parking in driveway for two cars and space outside house is also free.

300 year old building, newly renovated in the picturesque fishing village of Crail. 1 1/2 miles from 7th oldest golf course in the world and 10 miles to the world class St.Andrews Golf Course. Short walk to beach front and a beautiful harbour as well as Fife Coastal Path. Has a lovely pottery shop where items are made on the premises. If you don't feel like cooking Crail has a good fish and chip shop. Pubs & grocery shops near by. Everything is within walking distance form the house.
