Very well located apartment, with bakery and Carrefour Market nearby and a 10 minute walk to the city center. The property is located in a recent building with dedicated parking in the basement, which is a real plus in Aix where parking is very difficult. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, microwave , dishwasher and all necessary cooking utensils. Tastefully furnished apartment, very clean and functional - the terrace is large enough to accommodate a round table with 4 chairs , very nice for lunch/dinner outside when the weather is nice . Marc is a welcoming host and very responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Aix .

Place was comfortable and a perfect base to explore not only Aix but surrounding areas. We would definitely consider coming back.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful place with a beautiful view of the salt flats. Responsive and accommodating host. Nice and spacious accommodation (even at 8 with a dog!!!) We would recommend it in a second!!

Small accommodation very pleasant to stay in, very functional and nicely decorated with great taste. The possibility of having breakfast at the restaurant (paying €12/pers) is an additional asset and access to the pool too but we were unfortunately not able to benefit from it because maintenance following incivility! Very nice little T2 with terrace and garden to spend a few days. Two private underground parking spaces very easy to access. A very clean and very quiet accommodation. Only one small downside for the not very "stable" recovery furniture and for the kitchen utensils that have already lived well. A very welcoming and reachable host! Thanks for everything.

There is not enough space to share all the good things about our stay. Marine met us and shared all the fantastic details about the apartment. She ensured that all our needs were met, to the tiniest detail. The location is great, easy access to all. The apartment is beautiful full of amenities beyond the expected. Ten stars, 5 are not enough.

The house is equipped with utensils for ease of use. It was nice to have a grocery store in front.

It is a clean accommodation located on a nice golf course. I recommend it.
