Very welcoming host who checks you in with great attention and makes sure that nothing is missing in his apartment: in a word, nothing to plan, just put down your suitcases! The apartment is perfectly equipped, comfortable and located in a very quiet residence. We particularly appreciated the elevator as well as the free parking space in the basement. We would particularly recommend Nathanael's accommodation and will not hesitate to book his apartment again for a future stay in Nancy.

We spent 2 months at Sabrina's place, generally everything went very well. Sabrina is responsive and always available as needed, as well as her parents living below.

Beautifully renovated apartment in a beautiful building, perfect for a stay for two families. At the exit of Nancy, it's best to have a car but to walk around the 3 houses and the old town are a 15-20 min walk. We recommend it!

The apartment is just perfect for a couple discovering Nancy. We did everything on foot (restaurants, Stanislas square 5 min away, museums) and by bike. Tastefully decorated and quiet, we recommend this property. Thank you for the little touches to guests (coffee, tea, baked goods...).

This house is the home of a loving family. You immediately feel comfortable, safe and welcome. The photos show the house and the property very accurately. We were 4 adults and two lively boys (5 and 1) . The kids had a lot of fun with the trampoline, the garden, the swings and of course the pool. The only downside was the noisy highway, I recommend ear protection for the night. Amélie was great, gave great tips, responded to every question immediately. 🙏 thank you! We stayed in Nancy (10 min) in Metz (30 min), walking in a beautiful park with large playground and duck pond... the week flew by! The house is highly recommended.

very well located. the bedrooms on Rue de Nancy a little noisy in the morning with the work. the bedroom with the balneotherapy bathtub much quieter. the kitchen is very convenient and modern. the pleasant living room with the 2 sofas. the air conditioning heats the rooms well. great the outlet to charge the electric car in the courtyard. We'll definitely be back again.
