Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Maurice-sur-Moselle

We had a very nice time in the chalet. It was very cozy and quiet, the surroundings are fantastic. In winter, you should definitely have snow chains with you for the way up to the chalet. We will be happy to come back!! 😊 Thanks to Christophe and Kitty.

Elisabeth is a very pleasant person, she was able to meet all our expectations and was even worried about whether our stay at the cottage met our expectations with nice little messages. As for the cottage, the rendering is even better than the photos and it's impeccably clean. We didn't have the weather with us but that didn't stop us from having a wonderful stay in Elisabeth's cottage, it's close to the village of La Bresse which has a lot of charm without forgetting the kindness of the shopkeepers. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We had a pleasant stay with our family and two dogs. Beautiful walks nearby, very close to the slopes, the accommodation is super conveniently located. The wood fire in the middle of the living rooms brought a warm side to our evenings. Small plus for Marie's welcome who had thought of our babies and the accommodation was very warm when we arrived in the evening. In addition, we enjoyed the antique decor and learning more about the history of the building, highlighted by Marie. We felt right at home and will be back!

We highly recommend this place. Frédéric explained everything in detail and responded quickly to questions. The place is clean and has everything you need. We were lucky that there was snow this year and we could really enjoy the fireplace (wood was provided). Very quiet location. We even made friends with a wild cat. We will be back :-).

The chalet is in a quiet location and really nice.

The house is really friendly, warm and comfortable. It feels like home, with all the necessities. The garden is spacious and very well furnished, it allows you to spend very nice moments of sharing. The dogs were very happy in the countryside, with a magnificent view of the fields and the forest. Be careful though, the end of the garden is not fenced. You have the option to go for a walk in the forest in peace or you can play a board game in the living room. This weekend was exotic for all of us, we thank Julie for hosting us in this beautiful home. We will come back without hesitation!

We had a great week in this exceptional cottage and recovered well. It is a former farm where part of the building is used for living. The house was renovated with a lot of love for detail and exudes a lot of rural charm. Great kitchen, nice bathroom and a huge park where we always found a sun spot for breakfast or coffee. Very nice also that we were able to park our CAR in the garage. The surroundings are very quiet (if not tractors to the field), yet there are beautiful cities to visit in 20-40 minutes' drive. The amenities are complete and we didn't miss anything. If you want to try country life and are looking for a special place to stay, we can only recommend Silvia's offer!

Great cottage! The hospitality is excellent! The cottage is spacious and has two terraces! It is very well equipped for both cooking and board games. There's even a ping pong table. We were able to take a superb hike around and on the heights of Lake Gérardmer. Entire meadows of daffodils in bloom at this time of year. Beautiful! Thanks for everything!

A truely magical place with kind and warm hosts. Fabian and Lutfi went above and beyond our expectations. The town itself is a beautiful place to walk around, has a delicious bakery down the street, and is central to the rest of the Alsace region. This isn't just a place to rest, it's a place that will enhance your vacation. Thank you, we hope to be back someday!

Our stay went very well. The accommodation is tastefully decorated. It is spacious and nothing is missing. Very good location about twenty minutes' walk from the lake. Close to shops. Isabelle is very responsive and accommodating. Very easy communication. I highly recommend this listing.

We were guests of Frederic after Christmas to see Colmar and the other villages. We had a really good time, the house was comfortable and warm despite the outdoor temperature being below 0. Frederic and his partner were very kind and provided us with a cot for our 9-month-old daughter. I highly recommend it for those who want to spend their holidays in the area. Positive note: There is a restaurant less than a 1 minute walk away and it's very good.

Very nice apartment very well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. It quickly feels like home. Very pleasant south facing balcony with lovely views of the valley. Very good communication with Marie. Many hikes nearby including terraced gardens. Attention, very little trade in Plombières.

Everything was perfect. Marlène and Michel are particularly welcoming, knowing how to be both discreet and responsive when needed. The house is very pleasant, close to beautiful forests for long walks. Thanks again for hosting us!!!

We traveled with our two little girls (1&3) plus my in-laws. It was such a blessing for us parents to not bring bags of toys and kids stuff. There where many books, toys etc. for our girls. They also loved just laying on the net and read their books. It’s such a cosy place to stay. There is also lots of space to have your introverted time. We where also very well taken care of and had always someone to cantact if we needed help. We sure will be back. Thanks for everything.

I had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transport. Very welcoming and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I highly recommend this place.

Charming old spacious house, beautifully renewed for comfort. If you love the feel of a "maison ancienne" this villa will provide the full experience. Everything was right as in pictures and as described. We spent a week in Christmas and truly enjoyed the winter look of the Vosges, had snow to (mountain) ski in a nearby station and enjoyed the sauna in the evenings. The hosts are wonderful and kind. We came with 4 dogs and Evita&Allan did not charge any fee (the yard is safely closed for them to run around). There was a big folder full of detailed local recommendations (activities, restaurants etc). I really recommend staying here and would definitely book again without hesitation. Thank you for the beautifully set xmas tree! :)
