Roger, Hazel (house manager), and Lava/Big Lava (drivers) were excellent hosts and very responsive. Cactus House is exactly like the pictures. It is very spacious and clean with amazing views of Jolly Harbour. This is a safe location with plenty of amenities a short walk or drive. It is a 5 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches (Ffryes, Darkwood, Valley). We literally had the entire beach to ourselves most days and maybe 2 families the other days. Roger sent an extremely detailed guide about the house and recommended restaurants/activities. I highly recommend Tracy, chef at Big Head Lobster for a catered buffet meal at the Villa, Lava/Big Lava for a custom island tour, and jet skis paid on-site at Ffryes Beach. It will save you a lot of money opposed to tour companies. Note: Rent a 4x4. The roads are very rough outside of Jolly Harbour. The grocery store and restaurants are very expensive. Beautiful House, friendly Antiguans, and beautiful island. Highly recommend!

Ground of the property was beautiful. Hosts were very attentive and communicative. Beautiful stay. Location is very quiet and safe. Property is in very close proximity to quite a few beaches. I traveled with my children so the space was wonderful.

My family and I absolutely loved this villa! So much so that my dad is already planning to come again with his friends even though we just left! We felt right at home and every thing we needed could be found in the villa. It was stunning and spacious with air conditioning all over the space. It was within walking distance to Jolly Beach as well as a massive supermarket and just a short drive to St John’s where the festival celebrations were happening. The hosts were super responsive and helpful at all times, couldn’t have asked for better! Thanks again, probably the most pleasurable stay I’ve had.

Our stay at Bay House was exactly what we expected, based on what we saw and learned about the property prior to arriving. Emalyn, the property manager, was fantastic with getting us checked in and informing us of everything we needed to know. The property is very well maintained and has beautiful landscaping. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The restaurants across the street and the grocery store just up the road are super convenient. Howard coordinated the reservation of a rental car for us upon arrival at the airport, and both the pick-up and drop off went very smoothly. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property and owner!

This Villa was comfortable, it had all the amenities you needed. Home from Home. The bedrooms were both ensuite. Not much lighting in the bedrooms but a peaceful ambience with all the buddahs. easy access to property. Host replied to any questions asked promptly. We would definitely book again. Thank you.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Keith’s home very much! It was exactly as pictured and was the perfect spot to celebrate a milestone birthday! The home was spacious and even with 6 adults and two kids in the house, it never felt crowded. The pool was definitely enjoyable and watching the sunset on the deck was the perfect ending to a beach day. I would rent again!

My one week visit back home to Antigua to visit my family and friends was very pleasant staying at Keamone’s place. We had 3 children under 7, and we felt at home with the A/C and full size kitchen. The bedrooms were extremely spacious and it was nice having a washer and dryer. My favorite part hands down was the shower! The host was always very responsive and our check-in and check-out process was seamless. We would 100% consider staying here again on our next visit back to ANU.

10/10 would highly recommend this unit to anyone! The location offers excellent access to Jolly Beach Resort, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The hosts, Andrei and John, were exceptional—attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was spotless and stocked with cleaning supplies, spices, pots and pans, and just about everything you could need to feel at home. Accessible to local transportation, which is a bonus. Also, the air-conditioned residence is great. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Antigua.

Michael's place is only a 25 minute walk from Jolly Beach, one of the most amazing beaches I have ever seen. It is also on a main bus route (20 & 22) so easy access to St. John's or any of the beaches in the other direction all the way to Carlisle Bay. No need to rent a car. A small grocery store is right across the street and there are also street vendors selling produce. There is also a 'western style' modern grocery store in Jolly Harbour that is at the terminus of the #20 bus. The apartment is on the main corner in Bolans so can be a little rowdy with locals in the evening. There are no tourists here, it is a local experience! Apartment is basic but comfortable. AC works great, good water pressure (and hot). Access to laundry (washer & dryer). Downside: No lounge chair/couch. No microwave. Bed mattress wrapped in plastic so noisy. Missing some kitchen essentials (can opener, flipper, lighter for stove, small pots). Overall, for the price, you can't beat it! Thanks, Michael.

This is quite possibly the best AirBnB location that I have visited and I travel a LOT!. On this visit, I decided to stay in Jolly Harbor and I am glad that I did. Jolly Harbor appears to be a planned community that was started in the late seventies. The main marina is truly world class. The entire area seems to undergoing renovation and their hard work really shows. All around the marina are a number of very nice restaurants and bars. All of which is just a walk or golf cart ride away from the AirBnb. And despite all of this nearby activity, the AirBnB is quiet and relaxing. This AirBnB appears to be recently remodeled and it just sparkles. Marble tiles in the 2.5 bathrooms, water view, with all of the amenities (even a wine cooler). It was spotless from top to bottom and came with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ AND a golf cart. Twice weekly housekeeping. It was exactly as appears on the website. I highly recommend. I would stay here again!

Fabien was an incredible host! He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even taking the time to show us some of the best local sights. It was clear he’s passionate about his city and wanted us to have an authentic experience. He also offers a convenient airport pick-up and drop-off service for a small fee, which made our travel so much easier. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend staying with Fabien if you’re visiting!

Nasel was very helpful and polite from the beginning. The apartment was lovely and clean, beautiful surroundings and views. Had a lovely stay and was made to feel very welcome during my time there.

This place was a great place to stay! The surrounding dings were beautiful! It is a little hard to find but it didn’t take us more than 15 minutes. You will need a golf cart or a car to get around as it’s only walking distance to a pretty private beach, unless that’s what you’re looking for. There is a south beach about a 15 minute golf cart ride away that has a beach bar/restaurant and a bunch of fun activities to do! Grocery store and restaurants are close! I would stay here again for sure!

This was one of the best destinations we have been to and Clare and Matts place really made it our best holiday ever. What an oasis to chill out in after the UK, cool, spacious well appointed accommodation, superb outside space with a lovely clean pool and plenty of loungers to relax on. The beautiful palm tree at the end of the garden was perfect shade in the afternoon sun. Stunning beaches to lay around on and warm clear water to swim and snorkel in. Shirley Heights jump up on Sunday was a must visit and we had a great time there. Andrew

The home looked like it did in the photos. It was clean, had supplies that we would need. Stacy was very responsive and accommodating. The hole is in a great location. It is quiet, there is a grocery store within walking distance; there a fine restaurants in the complex; the are local vendors; it is on the bus route; close to the beach.

I want to thank Althia for working with me and my little family when flight issues arose. Her home feels just like home and my daughter enjoyed her room and space which is exactly want I wanted. Thank you for working with me and making your home feel like my own.

Miss Kathleen greeted me with great kindness. Made me feel like family and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and equipped! Star, the cute protective family dog out back didn't interfere with me at all and I actually felt safer with him there. Location is approximately 15 mins drive from town and 20 mins from English Harbour. 30 mins from most beaches. The apartment is connected to the main house via a back shared room you have to pass through to exit. Sometimes Miss Kathleen and her husband have to use or pass through there. The kitchen windows with curtains and kitchen door with a dark tinted window face out into that back room. Doors all locked with keys. There is also a separate detached small home in the backyard where her son lives. This is all just to say that you are not completely locked off or isolated from seeing other people here if thats what you seek. Your bedroom and bathroom are definitely very private and lock as well. Nice overall

Very nice block of 4 apartments set in well maintained grounds and pool. Air con in all rooms which was great. Was a bit tricky to find as there is no clear sign - but easy once you know! We met guests staying in other apartments when around the pool which was really nice, particularly for our daughter who got to play with other children. A short drive to Jolly Harbour where I played tennis and we used the pool and restaurant. There is a nice community down there who’s made us feel very welcome. Best local beach was Ffryes which was great and 5 mins drive. A couple of good restaurants across the road. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you Lavern, Mo & Michelle!
