Vacation rentals in Saint Martin

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Very nice place and located in a very convenient but private area

Michael was just fantastic! Such a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Informed us of local spots to pick up a few things. His property is absolutely beautiful, relaxing and comfortable. You feel right at home. Plants on the property are beautiful and landscaping well done. He is creating a nice lily pond which will add to this tranquil little escape. I can’t wait to visit the island again because I will be booking here again. I have already told my colleagues about this booking and they are too looking forward to booking.

Beautiful, comfortable home with great amenities. Memory foam bedding and pillows plus extras like toiletries, coolers and folding zero gravity chairs for the beach and a charging hub with every possible charge cable for devices were nice surprises. AC worked in every room and was easy to adjust. Appliances are top notch. House is surprisingly sound proof between floors. Also easy to find with Google maps; we walked from the airport! Paul is a very friendly and respectful host. Quick to respond to any enquiries and accommodated our late checkout request as well. We did experience an unfortunate interruption of wifi for a couple of days. However, while Paul worked hard to restore it, he configured a temporary connection with reduced strength off of his personal network to get us through. His commitment to our satisfaction was much appreciated. The jewel in the crown is the rooftop terrace, with comfortable furniture and spectacular view; a rare find! Wifi coverage was good up there too

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay! Went with a group of 5 for my birthday absolutely loved everything about this Villa! From the views to the decor and the space. The location was close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love it!

Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this villa justice! It’s so beautiful and in a gated neighborhood. Emma was absolutely amazing, she helped me coordinate with others on the island for private transportation and a masseuse. We had an incredible time and would 100% return. We had a group of 7 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. It’s a great villa for a larger group. Thanks again Emma. ❤️

Villa Kimon is perfect! This beautiful villa was spacious with a suite for everyone, a pool and featured an incredible view that you simply do not want to miss. Not to mention, Manoj was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and responsive to our many questions! This is an exactly what you need for your SXM holiday. Stop researching and book today!

Villa Colibri is situated perfectly for Orient Bay. A few steps from the beach, Orient Bay restaurants, bars, the bakery, cafes, supermarkets. The villa itself has a really lovely outdoor area with a terrace, pool, jacuzzi that was maintained regularly during our stay. The property is quite modern inside, and we had lots of space. Four bathrooms also! Our hosts were very responsive if we needed anything, and I would recommend this property for families and small groups. We had two private parking spaces directly outside, ideal for our hire car. Watch out for the falling coconuts in the garden! :)

Une très belle villa située dans le Parc de la Baie Orientale, zone calme et sécurisée. La villa est parfaitement située, à 2 minutes de la mer et de nombreux restaurants tous plus sympas les uns que les autres, et autres commerces (supérette, tabac presse, boulangerie, coiffeur barber…). Le parc de la Baie orientale est situé moins de 10 minutes de l’aéroport de Grand Case où peuvent atterrir des vols régionaux ! Hôte très professionnelle et réactive. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

The place was amazing. They always responded very helpful. They didn’t have no issues helping and giving the best details. They are a great host I highly recommend. You can see the sunset and sunrise every day it looks right out to the horizon. I will definitely stay here again. They provided waters and beers and sodas as welcome gifts.

We had an amazing stay at Eddy and Roselia's apartment in Sint Maarten. The condo itself is spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Its location in the heart of Grand Case couldn’t be more ideal—it’s less than a 5-minute walk to a variety of bars and restaurants, and just a short 6-8 minute drive to other fantastic dining spots and stunning beaches. What made our stay even more special was Eddy’s outstanding hospitality. He went above and beyond to assist us, arranging a rental car and personally picking us up from the airport. On our departure day, he even waited at the airport to collect the car, which made our travel experience seamless and stress-free. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Sint Maarten, and we’d love to return in the future!

My family and I loved this place! The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed and more. We loved the balcony with gorgeous views of the water. Heather & Ryan were great hosts—very responsive, friendly, and helpful! They had a whole guide with lots of recommendations ranging from restaurants to beaches to activities, which we used a ton. Whenever we had a question, they answered immediately, and we appreciated that they checked in on how we were liking our stay. If we come back to St Maarten, we will be sure to stay with Heather & Ryan again!

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is spacious and had everything we needed. The environment is great if you come as a group, where you can entertain together but also everyone has their private space. Brandon was a very accessible host. the place was well situated and next time if I am coming with a group I would definitely stay at his place.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa for many reasons. First, its location and three features we appreciated: it is on the west side of the island which means we saw beautiful sunsets every night; it is near Friar’s Bay Beach that we enjoyed a lot, including delicious food and great music at the Friar Bay Beach Café (quick note: you can walk to Friar’s Bay through the road - probably a 10 mins walk - but with the heat, we preferred to drive); and finally, it is secure and very private - we did not see nor hear neighbours. Second, its comfort. We spent most of our time outside, either in the pool or the covered patio. We also made friends with the turtles! The villa is well equipped with all we needed. And I would be remiss not to mention Julia’s quality service. She welcomed us at the villa and was very efficient to explain all its features. It was easy to communicate with her. Merci Julia!

We loved our stay. A quick taxi to most places, beautiful view and friendly hosts. Would 100% stay here again ❤️
