Karine was a great host. She responded quickly to our requests and communication was always easy.

The welcome is very easy, Maria was there to welcome us. The hosts (Maria and François) are very friendly. There is onsite parking so, very convenient if you have a car. The accommodation is very clean and functional. The air conditioning works great (you need to turn it off when you leave). The water in the shower is hot with enough pressure. The bed is very large with a comfortable mattress with several pillow/pillow options. You are a 2 minute walk to the small beach which is convenient. However, you must rent beach chairs/umbrella as there is no beach chairs on site. There is also a beautiful pool to relax and cool off. It should be noted that there are several restaurants only a few minutes walk away and the neighborhood is very safe. In short, you will have a lovely stay here.

Fabulous view. Very quiet & lovely private surroundings. A bit of a walk on a large gravel surface to get to the unit. There is no railing on the stone steps up so be careful. Nice large patio. Beautiful & clean inside. Looks just like the pictures. Very responsive communication with host company.

Stayed 2 wonderful weeks in Sara's studio, where we were able to enjoy in complete privacy. What a beautiful location, with a beautiful view! The studio was full of comforts and clean. The two dogs Georgie and James were a cozy side effect. In short, a lovely quiet place. Highly recommended!

Les Sucriers was simply beyond our expectations-the pictures can’t possibly do it justice as it is stunning. We have been coming to St. Martin for over 30 years and it is our new favorite. Zou was the best host! Friendly, meticulous and welcoming -1000 percent recommend her property.

This is a really sweet little place! The location to Orient Bay is nice and the neighborhood is isolated and beautiful !! Nicolas has an eye for style and the place was super-clean. The Espresso machine was a nice touch. In hindsight, the place was easy to find but some translation issues made the instructions unclear. (ie terms that are used for gate codes and portals etc). Were were looking forward to having a romantic poolside cocktail/food like one of the photos in the description, and it was one of the reasons we selected this place but found out that none of the pool service was available. This would have been appropriate to tell us ahead of time and apparently closed now for several weeks. A beautiful breakfast board was available to be delivered to your room but the price was quite expensive (x2) so we ventured out instead. Pool is clean and well-kept. Nicolas was very accommodating on questions.

Patricia was an absolutely wonderful host, and our stay was everything we could have asked for. The bungalow is completely private, with your own porch overlooking a gorgeous view. There’s a Bluetooth speaker, great AC and fans, all-natural bath products, kitchen with everything you could need. What more could you want! It’s a 25-min walk or a 5-min drive to a great beach, Baie Aux Prunes, via the very private and quiet Les Terres Basses roads. And another great beach, Baie Rouge, is a 5-min drive via the main road (you’ll want the car). Next time we go back to St. Martin, we hope Patricia’s place will be available, as we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thank you, Patricia!
