We had a great stay at Olga's! Olga accommodated an out of hours check-in and was flexible with checkout. Communication was fantastic throughout. The appartment is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids, a fantastic base for exploring Nice and surrounding areas - beach, transport links, restaurants, supermarkets, Nice old town, etc are all walking distance. We got a great taste for Gambetta and the relaxed beach lifestyle it offers 🏖️

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

The place was mega, check-in and check-out perfect, free underground parking, super clean, large balcony, agency 50 m away, super accessible by phone and email, and the best is the location, the beach is across the street Ameryck and Ninon Mega friendly and helpful guests Would we book again immediately

I highly recommend it! It's the perfect location, literally one minute from the Promenade des Anglais. The building itself is a magnificent piece of architecture. Linda is a wonderful host. I don't think I've ever been welcomed so warmly. Thank you once again, and I can't wait to come back soon!

This studio is a gem! Nice and secured building and great neighborhood in the center of Nice. This is the second time I am staying at Francois’s apartment and cannot wait to come back. Very clean, bright with open view from the balcony to enjoy breakfast. Highly recommended!

We didn't get a chance to meet Xavier and his wife, but were greeted by Xavier's wife's friend who was very nice. She showed us around the place, explained the rules. The accommodation is very beautiful, minimalist with a nice view of the mountains frankly nothing to say. Despite the absence of Xavier and his wife, I was able to have the opportunity to communicate with his wife by phone, a very nice host.

Thank you Eric for a wonderful stay. We used Nice as our base and travelled daily to the surrounding towns. 15 minute walk to the train station , made it super accessible. As well, as a short walk to the beach and old town. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. We look forward to returning!

Fantastic flat, Perfect for two people. The check-in process was explained in a good way and the electric lock option makes the whole process very easy. Incredibly recommended for people who want to spend time practically in the centre of Monaco. Highly recommended !!

Gorgeous place with a gorgeous view. All the rooms are equipped with automated blinds so you can sleep in pure darkness if you wish and the balcony / outdoor patio is where you'll want to be spending a majority of your time with that amazing view from a hot tub! Super great feature to an amazing place. The parking structure below is pretty easy to park your car in as well if you have one. Will most definitely consider staying here again in the future! Excellent stay in Beausoleil , beautiful apartment , comfortable and has a complete equipment for a pleasant stay . The view is just splendid. The spacious and fully equipped terrace. the host is attentive, helpful and seeks to solve any problem to privillate the well-being of his tenants. The accommodation is well located, close to Monaco, secure and has private parking.

Very good experience, all perfect, small gifts that we really enjoyed. The host is very friendly and available. A perfect place for a couple's birthday. We were delighted with this stay.

Convenient location with tons of restaurants right outside the door

We had a great stay at Catherine’s apartment. A great host who was friendly, attentive and always available to ask questions if needed. Check in was smooth and easy. The apartment itself is great, immaculately clean with everything there that you would need. We were 2 couples and the layout was perfect for us with separate bathrooms. The sea and Mountain View’s are amazing to wake up to each morning. The apartment is literally less than a 5 min walk to the train station from where you can travel to lots of amazing towns along the South coast. There is secure parking under the building, we had a van which was slightly too high for the parking which is max 1.9 metres but no problem to park on the street outside apartment for 20 euros a day. Once parked it was never used until our departure as the train service is so good. Take a trip to, Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Eze (take a trip on the bus up to the old village it is stunning) and even have a day in Italy! Highly recommend😊thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Julien was very communicative and helpful. He adds the extra touches that used to be standard but now are unfortunately rare....bottles of water in the fridge, extra blankets and towels, capsules for the Nespresso, and even a bottle of wine. We travel to Nice often and this will always be our first choice for future stays.

It’s a lovely decorated, fully equipped villa with welcoming hosts. The animals here are cute and fun to play with, and we can see they are well treated (music area for the chicken for example). The indoor and outdoors kitchen are fully functional with numerous equipments, and daily backyard produced eggs were surprising offerings! The house is a bit far from towns and cities so it’s not ideal if you don’t have vehicles and need to catch early trains / flights. We were lucky to have Uber drivers come to pick us up in 10-15 mins but it’s better to stay near the station/airport.
