Beautiful stay in Stéphanie's superb studio, tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. Very pleasant little touches. Exchanges with Stéphanie were pleasant and accurate. Peaceful and quiet location while being within walking distance of the port of Saint Martin, with all amenities. We recommend this studio and will be happy to come back.

We were welcomed very well, apartment as advertised, clean and quiet, with all the comforts, very nice panoramic views of the lake, the sea and its very appreciable maritime environment. We spent the weekend in La Rochelle to attend the Grand Pavois. We were less than 5 min walk from the entrance. The accommodation is very well arranged, pleasant, tastefully decorated. There are shops nearby, it's very convenient! Laurent was very responsive and available. Very happy stay!

Catherine's place is very nice in a very peaceful residence, very well maintained and close to shops and the port. The underground parking is very nice and the pool is an undeniable plus. The hosting was very well organized. We will be back no problem. I recommend this place without hesitation.

We just stayed with my partner as well as our little girl for a few days in this place . Everything was spotless, from check-in to checkout everything is very clear. The accommodation is also well located next to the city center,the port, commercial areas, Île de Ré, it's the best. The terrace is great with a very nice view. Well equipped studio, very well located between the train station and the old port in a Pierre et Vacances residence, secured with covered pool and the possibility (paid service) to have breakfast. Great communication with the owner!

Very pleasant stay in La Rochelle. Flexible check-in and very good welcome from the host. The place is centrally located and was very clean! Please note that the bedroom area is not closed. I would highly recommend it!

We had a great stay, the accommodation is nice, clean and comfortable. The welcome and the handover of the keys went very well. The city center and the various maritime museums or aquarium are easily accessible on foot or thanks to the river shuttle. A parking space is with the property. Full of small intentions from hosts are present in the home like books, games and even a short guide to the city and restaurants that the owners have edited themselves! Our friends the dogs are not forgotten either, they will find a comfortable basket and 2 bowls upon arrival! I highly recommend

We went to La Rochelle to participate in the Marathon. the accommodation is spacious, very clean, right in the center of the historic city. everything can be done on foot with the shops nearby, the port as well as the aquarium (we did not touch our car). We spent 4 days in this place. Carole and Pascal are very friendly and responsive hosts who know how to take care of their clientele. the only small negative point is the noise in the evening and at night but it does not depend on Carole and Pascal . thank you for this stay

Apartment as described. Very clean and well located (possibility to reach the old port without problem on foot). Parking space is a real plus.

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Perfect apartment and very well-equipped apartment. But the best thing is to wake up with the sea view. 5 minutes from the boat bus that takes you to downtown La Rochelle.

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.

Welcoming host. The place matches the description and is great for a vacation. To have a parking space, allowed us to leave our car safe and do everything by bike.
