Well appointed spacious apartment in a great location. The outdoor terrace is very nice however the weather did not allow us to use it but I could see myself enjoying morning breakfast or evening cocktail there. The building is secure and quiet. A wonderful apartment in a wonderful city.

Ideally located apartment, everything is accessible on foot. It's very comfortable, well equipped and the decor is great. A safe haven! Check-in is the easiest given the self-contained amenities. Frédérique is very nice and very attentive with her hosts. We recommend and will come back! Mention 5⭐️!

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

A perfectly located house for a wonderful family holiday on Lac d’Annecy. An easy walk to the safe swimming beach of Talloires, close to shops with all essentials including a gorgeous and excellent boulangerie - as well as a number of excellent hikes. No need for a car - the public bus was excellent and free during the peak summer months, and there is a ferry to other lakeside towns and Annecy. All makes for a very relaxing holiday!

The place to work and go in 20'by car on alternative roads to the area of international organizations (ILO, UN, etc.) is excellent. I don't know if by public transport it can be good, but having a car access to the entire area is great. Jonni and Nghia are great hosts, attentive, discreet, and predisposed. (Thank you for everything!) The house is beautiful, it has all the services working properly, it has all the necessary elements for cooking and is very comfortable. There is a supermarket a few meters away that allows you to buy everything you need and a cozy village with few but good basic shops.. 100% recommended. We would really like to come back someday.

Amazing sweet little apartment that we fell in love with! Free parking right outside is a major plus and the flat had everything we needed for a gorgeous few days in Annecy.

The space is a perfect home base! The common area is airy and light; we spent most of our family time on the couch, chair, and dining room table, talking and relaxing. It was so comfortable! The smaller bedroom has the small shower attached to it. The larger bedroom has a larger shower separate from the bedroom, because that space is also the communal bathroom for washing your hands (since the shared toilet is right next door). I mention this so folks in the larger bedroom can schedule their showers appropriately! ;-) If you need to get work done, there’s reliable, fast WiFi. Excellent blackout shades. The location couldn’t be better — right next to the mall and right at the beginning of one of the main walking promenades, with foods and shopping galore. The lake is 10 minutes away; train station is 15 minutes. The best part of our experience was the hosting! Delphine and Nadia are wonderful, helpful, kind, gracious women. They set the bar for warmth and responsiveness! 5 stars.

Excellent stay at Julien and his partner's accommodation. The accommodation was clean and as described, a nice view from the terrace. The accommodation is very well decorated and tastefully!! Plus, the accessibility of the bus to Annecy is very convenient (free during the summer period) . I recommend it, we had a great holiday in this beautiful area.

Very pleasant stay in Nadine and Cameron's home. The accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. The little extra in winter is the presence of a wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere. The hosts are very welcoming and especially very responsive.

Beautiful apartment with very nice veranda, open to the outside with garden😁. The overhead projector to watch movies is a very good idea. The accommodation is well located, close to bike rental and the bike path, in a very quiet environment. Functional accommodation especially for the kitchen where there is already the basic kitchenware upon arrival ( salt, oil... ) and utensils . Friendly and pleasant host. We had a great time at this comfortable apartment. The terrace, garden and parking are the major assets. It is located in a recent and quiet residence (still close to the airfield). Very nice place to discover Annecy and its region.
