We stayed in Julia’s nice apartment for the second time. Everything perfect, we love the location and the building. We felt perfectly at home and Julia is a fantastic host

There were difficulties with check-in, since in the place where the case with the keys was located, my cell operator did not catch and had to go out to get further instructions. Regarding the apartment, there were two of us, I was with a small child and absolutely everything suited me! First and foremost a bed that my child had no way to fall from. There was also a great balcony. I didn't plan to, but I used the garage, which was included in the price and it turned out to be very convenient! Despite the fact that it seems that the apartment is far from the center - this is not the case at all! Great promenade and center within walking distance. We walked a lot with a sidecar. There is a passage for it everywhere - very convenient. The apartment is also equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your own food. No TV but we didn't need it. The appliances are in working condition, there are detergents to remove yourself. I would recommend leaving more garbage bags, as we lived for more than a week and two of us were not enough. Great apartment!

We spent 2 wonderful days in this cottage for Christmas. We really enjoyed the extreme cleanliness on arrival, the calm, the beautiful cozy decoration of the living room, the spacious bathroom and with quality materials, the pretty and pleasant bed linen, the magnificent view, the number and modular furniture, the bean coffee machine, the large fridge, the oven and the many oven dishes, as well as the basics. Despite the snow and the - 9 exteriors at night, the radiators did their job well: we were not cold at all! Constance was very responsive to our questions. Be careful in the middle of winter, the pathway is steep and snow tires equipment is essential in case of snowy periods to go up and down. A beautiful place!

We spent two nights in this beautiful home. It is extremely well equipped, decorated, peaceful, pleasant. A perfect stay, in an extremely pleasant and bright house, located on a quiet street and close to many services and roads. Jonni and his wife are extremely responsive and always available. Highly recommend their home and we would definitely stay there again!

Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment with all amenities in great location. Supermarket nearby. Nice restaurant across the street. On 2 bus lines, one of which goes to WHO and UN. Some minor street noise during the day, but quiet at night. Overall, a great AirBnB.

Amazing sweet little apartment that we fell in love with! Free parking right outside is a major plus and the flat had everything we needed for a gorgeous few days in Annecy.

Very pleasant stay in Nadine and Cameron's home. The accommodation is very well equipped and very clean. The little extra in winter is the presence of a wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere. The hosts are very welcoming and especially very responsive.
