Bright, spacious house, city of character.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Very bright, spacious and above all very quiet house, close to all shops and sports facilities (playground, municipal swimming pool, velodrome, large park with water. House rated 3 stars on June 28, 2023 house 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 25 to 30 minutes from the beaches by car. 15-minute drive to Saint-Brieuc – SNCF train station.

A welcoming, pretty, comfortable and very well-equipped house (bedding, cooking utensil and linens), in a lovely port in the Gulf very charming. A place that allowed us to spend a merry Christmas with the family, cocooning, board games, nature, walking, search for shells. 2 minutes walk from the sea, amazing winter mists that fade and change the landscape, starry sky and golden silence of evening walks by the water. Quality food shops in Sarzeau, pretty village. Peace and sweetness of living in December. Recommended!

We had a great time at Béatrice's place. The house is fully matches the photos and our expectations, we slept very well thanks to the quality of the bedding and the quietness of the house. We had a lovely stay. The house is in a great location and very comfortable. Lydia who provides the concierge was very available and provided everything with umbrella beds and high chair for our infants. Please note, however, that there is an additional charge for linens and towels. A big thank you for everything!

The house is very nice, you feel at home right away. Nothing is missing, even if there are a lot of us. The location is ideal because it's in the center of the island and close to the two grocery stores. The exchanges with Mathilde are cordial and her responsiveness is much appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at Pauline and Ken’s home, they made us feel at home straight away and were always there to help. The stand out of their Airbnb is how homely it is and it has been one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Pauline and her husband Ken were so friendly, our daughter could not wait to get home and see them and their wonderful dog Willow. I can’t recommend this enough. The home is beautifully decorated, all amenities you would need are present. Fabulous home and we can’t wait to stay again in future!
