Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint Leonard

Larry was a fantastic host. He was flexible with our check-in given that we arrived several hours later than planned due to traffic. He went through the entire apartment with us and offered great recommendations for dinner. Larry was responsive to all requests/questions—a definite return location.

Lori is a wonderful host and the suite was lovely. The property is beautiful- not only is it overlooking the bay but is host to nesting eagles! We woke up to a gorgeous sunrise each morning. It’s centrally located on the peninsula- beaches are close by.

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

Came down to southern MD for a quick weekend away and it was perfect. My pups and I had a great time and had everything we needed. Plus the view was beautiful! Would love to come back in warmer weather to use the kayaks and deck.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much! The apartment is cheerful, bright and welcoming. The view overlooking the neighborhood really adds to the charm. The location is excellent - close to the boardwalk, but still very private. For those who love morning sunshine like me - this place has it. We also appreciated the convenient check-in and check-out times. We would definitely like to stay again.

This getaway was a great spot to have a girls weekend. Despite going in colder temperatures, the water was still so peaceful and sitting on the dock was an added bonus. The Airbnb itself was very clean, tidy and comfortable.

We had such a wonderful stay for our Mother-Daughter weekend! The home was spacious, worked beautifully for the six of us! Sitting on the beautiful front porch watching the sun come up over the river was amazing! Great place for a family stay!! ❤️❤️❤️

Nicholas was an amazing host. He was proactive and incredibly responsive when I couldn't figure out how to unlock the child lock setting on the dryer! The home was gorgeous for a peaceful weekend and we had fun walking on the beach with our dog. The home is fully stocked with everything you could need and beyond our expectations with the laundry soap and dryer sheets. In addition, there are snacks, games, books and more. We enjoyed the fireplace and BBQ grill as well. I would highly recommend this home as a real place of peace, and highly recommend Nicholas as a wonderful human! ❤️ We will be back!!

One of the finest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Beautiful decor and amenities in one of our new favorite communities. Kim was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations for food and entertainment. We loved the floor to ceiling windows on the first floor overlooking the Chesapeake. The primary had equally large windows with an expansive view plus a fireplace and very comfortable bedding. Overall, the weather didn’t cooperate, but we still had a nice, relaxing weekend in a beautifully equipped house in a great town on the bay. We’ll look to book in the warmer months soon.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

We had an amazing stay at this riverside house! The views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Being so close to the water made it feel like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

This place was perfect. We wanted a relaxing weekend away and Beach, Please delivered! This place has everything you would ever need and everything you didn't know you needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We hope to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities!!

Megan is an excellent host. She was immediately responsive to an issue we had with the internet. The house is beautiful and well maintained. It was perfect for our extended family to stay and have other family members visit and share a meal with us.

This place worked wonders for our family vacation. the place is very new and updated with 2 full bathrooms that were clean and spacious for beach time and baths with kids. colonial beach is a hidden gem in a historic little town that seems as though at one point was hustling and bustling but isn't quite as popular as it once was but trying to come back. if your a family looking for a uncrowded beach and some activities to do in the area then this place is great! we actually read about this place being in the heart of historic downtown. only thing we would have loved to see with this place is some outdoor patio spot at the home directly to be able to sit outside together. the location does not really have any night life during the week, not even on 4th of July. we went out at 9 pm and the bar closed at 10 pm which seemed way too early for a Thursday and holiday and being on the beach.

After a little miscommunication on the arrival time, everything was at it should be or better. Great location, clean, responsive well worth it. Great experience and will be back regularly.

The condo is amazing. Beautiful old building with high ceilings. Perfect mix of updated amenities but super cool unique original touches. The location is perfect… you can walk to restaurants and bars. We had a great night!

We had a peaceful stay at Jennifer’s place. The place was accessible to a lot of local restaurants and one of a kind shops. We truly enjoyed a local spot just a 4 mins walk in town called Black Water. They specialize in breakfast and we ate there both mornings of our stay, reservations are recommended but we managed to get seated arriving at 9:00 on both Saturday and Sunday. The bed was very comfortable and we rested well. Jennifer provided very detailed checkin instructions and even checked in to make sure our arrival went well. The home was in great condition and very clean.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The place felt comfortable the neighborhood was pleasant. Brandon's kitchen was well-stocked with all the kitchen utensils needed for cooking and baking . The little touches, like having makeup remover wipes available, were really appreciated. And the view from the rooftop was simply amazing! Communication with Brandon was perfect. He was easy to reach and very responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a blast playing basketball across the street – thanks so much for making sure the ball was inflated, that was a lifesaver! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful extended stay in this cute, clean and comfortable, flavors of Eastern Shore accommodation. We visited with family in nearby Easton and enjoyed the natural beauty of Oxford, the town park and sunsets. Our host was available and responsive to every little need we had. The Oxford Market right next door made it so easy to pick up deli items and other sundries. We did miss having a washer & dryer because of our longer stay, but having family nearby made it work for us. We loved the place!

A phenomenal place in a beautiful location. You won’t get a better view than offered here, and there was plenty of space for a whole family to stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and pleasant to talk with, and accommodating to my last minute request to stay. Would 100% recommend and we will be back for sure!
