The apartment is both functional and beautiful and comfortably furnished. We felt very comfortable there. In addition, the location is great, the pedestrian zone with supermarket and many shops is almost around the corner. Other destinations such as the sea, the harbor and the castle are also within walking distance. We would come back.

Accommodation ideally located in the heart of this very pretty town of Dieppe, close to the port, the pedestrian street and the beach! Functional (despite the bedrooms and the bathroom in a row) and very well equipped. Laura is very responsive to communicate:)

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

Very well located accommodation for both visiting the historic center of Rouen without taking the car (10-15 min walk) and being close to the main roads to visit the surroundings. Public transport is close by as well. Although the neighborhood is currently under renovation, no noise disturbances on the weekend. The residence is very quiet, very easy to access and parking in the basement is a real plus. Parking is very easy to access, including medium/large cars. The residence is very well kept, the common areas are nickel. The accommodation is super well equipped and super clean. Josselin's hospitality and advice were perfect, we had a great extended weekend in Rouen and its surroundings.

An unexpected stay in these places but not unhappy that it went this way. The apartment is cozy, ideally located and the communication with the different interlocutors we had was super cordial and efficient. I recommend it without hesitating!! Thanks for everything 🙏🏻

Beautiful house from the turn of the century, very pleasant to live in even in winter. We immediately felt at home. We were able to live a few " timeless " days with the family for the Christmas period. It is ideally located in relation to downtown Houlgate and to go for a short walk to the sea. We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

A short walk to the center of Cabourg and three steps to the beach, Sebastien and Noémie's apartment is true to the listing. Not only are there all the necessary amenities but also the apartment is spacious and bright with a beautiful living room on hardwood floors and a large kitchen. In short, you can enjoy yourself. The parking space in front of the entrance of the small building is also a plus. Special mention for the attention given to the children. We came with a baby and nothing was missing for its comfort (ours too...) with high chair, bathtub, crib, a box of toys and abundant books... enough to make our stay on the flowered coast even more pleasant the day after Christmas. Congratulations also on the communication with handing over the keys and identical departure which allows you to debrieve live and it's so much more fun...

This is a great find in Honfleur, really good location for the harbour and a beautiful view. We didn’t spend much time in the apartment as we ate all our meals in the local restaurants, all of which are fabulous! Josette kindly left us a welcome basket of treats and cider and water in the fridge which was very much appreciated. You can see so much while sitting on the sofa, of the park and the entrance to the harbour, if you stand at the balcony you can see the ferris wheel across the water. When my father wanted to rest in the apartment I went and sat in the park opposite to read under a tree. I slept in the bottom bunk and my father had the double bed and we both slept really well, the mattresses were perfect. Good to have a check out with the concierge so she could see all was well. I left my sandals, my fault, and will get them when I return to the apartment on my next visit!
