Beautiful house with heated swimming pool

Bright and airy house located in a quiet street in the centre of the beautiful village of La Flotte, 500m from the market and the shops. A large South facing living area with French doors open to the garden with a swimming pool heated from the 5th April to mid October. The patio is equipped with an electric awning, very useful to protect from the sun. A garage is available to store bikes, trailers etc. Linen rental is available at a rate of 20-25€ per person and includes beds made on arrival.

Superb villa with a 12x4m heated pool. 600m from the beach and 300m from the city center. The ideal place for those who enjoy their holidays cycling and walking with paths also near. The house has 6 bedrooms and will easily host up to 11 persons who, depending on the seasons, will benefit from the pool or the chimney. Large opened kitchen, every bedroom has cupboards, notwithstanding the big terrasse that will also be used as a solarium. The garage is not accesible to guests.
