This small house of 45 m2 (living room, open kitchen, dressing room, bathroom, bedroom) on a plot of 1450 m2 completely enclosed with swimming pool, swing, barbecue, ... is the ideal starting point to discover the Bassin d 'Arcachon, the Cap Ferret, Arcachon, the Dune du Pilat. Le Bassin is 100 meters away, the Océanes beaches are 20 minutes away.

Enjoy views from the terrace. We offer a quiet place to relax for a few days with wine tasting if you are interested to learn how we make wine. We are an artisan winery, certified bio ( organic) specialising Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc varieties. Not all electronic devices list all photos. Bedroom 1 has "a grand largeur" bed, 2 single beds side by side. Bedroom 2 has a 140 cm wide double bed. Guests can use the brick wood fired bbq entertaining area that also offers great views.
