Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Saint-Lambert, Paris

I had a great stay, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos, and Sylvain was always helpful and answered all my questions quickly :) The location is a bit far from the centre but it’s so well connected with the metro, that it never took me longer 30-45 minutes to get anywhere.

I thought the reception, location, and cleanliness was great! The only thing I missed was having water at least, we came from a tired journey and there was no water for us to drink. I have only good assignments!

This is an amazing location. Virgile’s apartment is absolutely wonderful. It is clean, well equipped and very stylish. Virgile was always very quick to respond and helpful. The neighbourhood is very vibrant and within easy reach of Metro stations. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well (the person in the single bed benefited from a sleep mask to block out light). The kitchen is well equipped and super clean. The bathrooms were also very well appointed and super clean. We would very definitely recommend this property to anyone. Thank you Virgile for a wonderful stay in your amazing apartment.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and as described in the photos. It gave us a great base from which to explore Paris using the RER C which is only a short 10 minute walk away. The apartment is close to a small convenience store and has a good bakery within walking distance. Our host was helpful and responsive. We managed to get parked behind the apartment in one of spaces in the gravelled parking area. Our vehicle was fine left there for 3 days. The apartment is on a fairly busy road but we did not experience any noise issues as it has good double glazed windows. I would recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! Host has the place very clean and the decor is so fresh and modern. It is a very warm stay. The home is very well equipped had everything we needed to make dinner. We felt very comfortable. Beds were comfy. Host was amazing she was super sweet and helpful- great communication! Also the location is great near the metro and there is a convenient store on the corner everyone there is really nice too! I highly recommend staying here!!! We would 1000x return here.

Eva's apartment was beautiful and cozy and perfect for my needs. She was very helpful and kind. The neighborhood was great and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I would 100% stay again!

Charles' apartment is well equipped and described accurately. We had an excellent and comfortable stay there.

Very pleasant space, excellent reception we were received at the entrance of the house, inside the house there were delicious cookies, soda, Nescau, coffee and mineral water available in the refrigerator. 25 mins from Charles de Gaulle airport, 45 minutes from downtown Paris. We'll be back for sure.

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

Our host Rafika offers a house perfectly suited for a small group or a large family. The amenities are ultra-complete, in sufficient quantity and of excellent quality. The whole is vast and practical and matches the written and photographic description. We received a warm welcome from Rafika who is a responsive and attentive host. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Alison is a lovely host. Her place was very artsy and super comfortable for our party size. You could tell a lot of attention was had to the details of decor and functionality. I would 100% recommend Alison’s home for a relaxing time in Paris.

Everything was perfect. The location is unbeatable. Large and spacious. Several restaurants and a Carrefour, located very close to the house, which you can walk to. The subway is a few blocks from the house and on the same line you can find many points of interest. The rooms are on the upper floors and are accessed by stairs, and if you are traveling with people with different abilities, you should take that into account. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, clean and sufficient for the people who went. The house has heating and for us it was excellent, because we are from Mexico and the cold is extreme at this time of year. The bathrooms have everything you need to take a shower with hot water. The internet service worked for all of us. All the amenities worked perfectly. In short, a very good experience, we all had a great time and really enjoyed our trip to Paris as a family. Thank you very much for everything Noemie !!!!

Everything about this gorgeous home was lovely! Our family of four stayed for 9 wonderful nights in Françoise’s beautiful home! Ample space, comfortable beds, gorgeous views, and a quaint neighborhood made this an absolute 10/10 experience for us ! With this home situated on Line 1, we easily navigated Paris using the Metro and RER every day when visiting key touristic areas. We also found the surrounding stores, restaurants, and shops to have everything we needed to enjoy preparing breakfast or dinner in the flat when we felt like staying in. The monoprix and pharmacie located on the same block were exceptionally convenient - we really loved time spent in the beautiful greenhouse balcony area sharing time as a family together! If this location is open during your travel window, we recommend immediately booking - it was our best Airbnb experience yet! Thank you all so much for your hospitality & kindness Francoise & Sasha!

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Wonderful studio that was ideal for travel to and from the main attractions in Paris. There is also a restaurant called So French close by. The food was amazing and the staff very friendly.

My friend and I had a great stay at Adele’s apartment! It was in the perfect location for us, as there was a lot to do within walking distance. The apartment itself made me feel very at home, with really lovely cozy views across the roofs of the town houses from the bedroom windows. At night it was very peaceful and quiet, which ensured a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely love to stay again next time I come to Paris.

The apartment is too beautiful. It overlooks a garden. Parc de Bagnolet with a great view of Paris and the suburbs is right next door. Metro is very close too. But you can also walk to Paris, in any case in the 20th.

Good place , true to photos . Positive point accessible by transportation . Station stop right across the street from the listing . Clean and nice place. Private parking.
