Villa vacation rentals in Saint Kitts

Arlene met and exceeded our expectations as a 'superhost'. She made timely communications and suggestions for local activities and restaurants. Everything was in pristine condition and our rental was in a safe and peaceful community with picturesque views of gorgeous sunsets and the golf course. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and we were always comfortable and relaxed in our surroundings. Definitely worth the money and we hope to stay with Arlene again!

The Beach House was very spacious and private. We were able to walk to a few restaurants on the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and lunch each day. It would have been nice if the temperature of the water in pool was a little warmer. About 20 or more monkeys came to visit one day. It was great watching them from the screened porch.

We stayed at Arlene’s Villa for 9 nights at the end of February 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nice quiet neighborhood convenient to Frigate Bay beaches, bars, and restaurants. We loved sitting out on the covered porch in the mornings for breakfast and coffee – enjoying the sun and the ocean views. The porch was great in the late afternoon for cocktails and relaxing after the day’s activities. Kitchen was well equipped, but you should plan to hit the grocery store upon arrival. Great room was perfect for family dinner and TV watching. Local cable is… local cable – best to bring your own streaming device. The Internet was fast. Mini-split AC units worked great. The villa has a backup generator that worked well when we had a power outage. Good communication with Arlene and some great recommendations for restaurants, taxi, shopping, and other island activities. Overall the villa was a wonderful home away from home which we highly recommend!

We stayed three weeks and loved our stay at Ariel Heights! The property was a short drive to wonderful restaurants and beach bars and the most beautiful beaches! The views from the property were absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the refreshing pool during the day and it was especially beautiful overlooking the lights of Basseterre and the starry skies at night.

Private oasis with a great pool and a huge open yard to play in. Location was private, quiet, and easily walkable to the beach. Beds were comfortable and very nicely setup. Lots of provisions to help get you started and make you feel at home. We really loved the place and felt very comfortable. Monkeys paid us so visit and we walked up the street to say hi to the goats and donkeys. Would defiantly go back. Lived the first place we stayed at, but I don’t think we really fully relaxed until we spent time here.

Great stay for the four of us mature siblings. Each large bedroom had its own bathroom and mini-split a/c for ultimate comfort and privacy. Large kitchen was easy for multiple cooks. We especially loved the screened porch where we had all of our meals when not dining out. Great for bird and monkey-viewing. Pool was clean and refreshing with lovely views all around- including daily rainbows. The widow’s walk bench provided excellent night sky gazing. Nice, hilly neighborhood for walking. Short walk to delicious Luna and a 2 minute drive to Chrishi Beach (which we had almost to ourselves). Most impressive was the prompt, friendly, all around excellent service from Mowava. She came through on everything from a can opener to local plants for soothing aches and pains to arranging pick up and drop off for arrival and departure. Jennifer’s Guide book was the source for food and activity recommendations. We highly recommend Mandevilla for a relaxing stay on wonderful Nevis.

My husband and I loved our stay at Cool Heights. Mimi was very responsive to all of our questions in advance of the trip. She gave us helpful suggestions and feedback on restaurants and activities we were considering. (Thanks again, Mimi!) The home is spacious and lovely! The kitchen was well appointed (though we ate out every lunch and dinner). We quickly came to appreciate the convenient location. It is super close to the Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants. It is also very convenient to restaurants in Basseterre and all the nice beaches and restaurants down the peninsula. We rented a car and were happy to have the freedom to go where/when we wanted. Parking was easy throughout the island. On our first morning, while enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck outside, I was treated to a parade of monkeys that walked along the top of the fence at the property's edge. What a sight! Most nights, we could hear monkey sounds from the side yard too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cool Heights!

This property is extremely quiet and in a great location overlooking the Caribbean Sea. There are three bedrooms, all in separate areas of the house, and each has a full bath en suite. It is close to restaurants and the best beaches on the island. The only negative would be that some of the cabinets, appliances, etc. are a bit worn, but this is understandable for a rental property. We had a fantastic week staying at Stephen's place and would definitely do it again!

Our family of four loved our 1-week stay at this beautiful villa. It’s located in a quiet community and has the most insane views of the sea and neighboring Nevis - photos cannot do it justice. The house is beautiful, well-stocked for preparing food and drinks, and has three large, comfortable bedrooms with AC and adjoining bathrooms. It has as much or more outside living space as inside. We spent the majority of our awake time at the house outside enjoying the pool and the views of the sea and the stars. The house is a short walk to Turtle Beach and a short drive to several other beaches. Penny’s recommendations were so helpful. We arranged a full day sailboat outing with Captain Coconut (Ben and his wife Nikki), which was the highlight of the trip for everyone in our family. Such a unique experience. Nikki guided us newbie snorklers and we saw plentiful marine life, including 2 sea turtles. Penny (host) and Franklin (prop. manager) were both helpful and responsive. A lovely stay!

Wonderful house. The pool and grounds are amazing. The house is quirky but very roomy and the beds are comfortable (not that common). We stayed in the Master Bedroom which was roomy and light and the outdoor deck (except when mosquitoes were in full force) had an ocean and pool view. It is a windy island (makes the heat very bearable) so the palm fronds will make noise as they hit the roof. We mostly had no problem with it once we were used to it. The kitchen would benefit from a fan but is highly functional.

Dale was amazing to rent from. Super amazing lady. The house was incredible. The views were incredible! My husband and I loved spending time at the property. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Had the best weekend ever in Frigate Bay with my sister!!! The perfect place to get away, relax, and recharge. We will definitely be back to Cindy’s place. Fantastic location. We enjoyed our coffee each morning at the beach, about 100 steps away. We got to see all the sights on the island we were hoping for, and it was so easy because the taxi stand is right at the end of the driveway. We particularly enjoyed the live music and snorkeling at Shipwreck on Sunday, as well as the hike up the volcano. We really appreciated the cleanliness of Cindy’s Caribbean loft! Her attention to detail also didn’t go unnoticed. She has great local recommendations and connections that make it really easy to explore the island. When we arrived, there were ice cold, chilled glasses ready for us in the freezer! It’s the small things that really made our vacation special 😊 We love the beachy, Caribbean vibes of this place. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit St. Kitts!

AMAZING GRACE is well named as it is a simply amazing place, both the location with it's stunning views of the coast and mountains, and the villa itself. A really special place to unwind and get away from it all, but the island is so small it doesn't take long to get around. We loved having the pool and the island breezes to keep us cool. We enjoyed watching out for monkeys in the garden while gawking at the views all around Amazing Grace. Amelia is a wonderful and warm host who really looked after us, and even had the car waiting for us upon arrival. She gave us some super recommendations for dinners out, and the best off the beaten track beaches. We absolutely loved Nevis and Amazing Grace. We will return!

We enjoyed our stay. The villa was sparkling clean, and the community was quiet and peaceful, and close enough to the ocean to hear the waves splashing on the beach. Location was good - only a couple minutes to Frigate Bay beach, and a 20 minute or less drive gets you to a lot of restaurants, bars, beaches, and the cruise ship port if you are so inclined. There is also a grocery store close by, and be sure to try One Love smoothies from the colorful shack on the way to Bassterre! We appreciated that the apartment was stocked with some essentials like eggs and milk when we arrived. Note: I was a little confused by the listing - that lovely infinity pool in the pictures is NOT private to the villa, but private to the villa’s community. The villa’s private pool is a small dipping pool about the size of a hot tub. But most of the time when we used the community pool, we were the only ones there.

Perfect location in paradise! Great air conditioning and private pool was wonderful! Highly recommend!
