Well-equipped studio and in a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent stay! The accommodation was in line with our expectations and Christian and his family were very welcoming. Christian is an available host, responsive and very attentive to his tenants. He was concerned about the smooth running of our stay and was very good tips for discovering the region. The location of the listing was also ideal for easy access to local tourist sites. If you want to enjoy a friendly atmosphere, Christian and Sandra's place is perfect for that. The little extra, not insignificant: the pool to relax. We had an excellent week, we recommend it!

This is a beautiful apartment in the best part of Nimes. It has very high ceilings and is light and airy. The terrace (on the roof via spiral staircase) is great - although sometimes a little cold and windy in January. We had some plumbing problems (shower blocked and then toilet wouldn't flush) but Amaury got them fixed the same day. You can park on street behind Beaux Arts Museum (about 200m away) but you need to pay for it between 9am-7pm using pay meters on street - not difficult once you get used to it although may be hard to find a parking spot if you don't come in winter as we did. I would happily stay here again.

Very nice apartment, good location, quiet, without vis-à-vis, impeccably clean, very well equipped. Manuel is extremely responsive, there was nothing missing in the apartment for our comfort. Everything is planned to make you feel good right away. I would highly recommend it.

Ideally located, the apartment has a very safe taste and is even more beautiful and comfortable than the photos suggest. Fredrik was thoughtful and very responsive when I asked him for help from a carelessness on my part. Disabled spots quite easily available nearby. Thanks again to our hosts for their kindness, we already want to come back.

Very well appointed apartment. The apartment is next to the city center, everything is within walking distance. There's a garage spot, which is very convenient! Sabine is very attentive and we had good communication.

Nice place, good host, peaceful home, some wonderful walks nearby. The only thing I would add is that the pool area is wooden and could probably use a varnish, wear footwear to ensure you dont get any splinters. Wonderful place to stay though, we really enjoyed it.

Apartment very well equipped and very well located. The neighborhood is quiet and the bus line is close by for easy get off in town.
