Very nice accommodation for a group of 8 people. The house is very well equipped inside and out and very clean. Lots of activities even in winter thanks to the games room. Thanks to the host for being responsive and making this stay enjoyable.

Lovely villa with a fantastic warm pool surrounded by plenty of relaxing and eating areas. Stylish and clean villa with en-suites in every room and was a great space for 9 of us. The location is superb, short walk to the town with next to no traffic making it very kid friendly. The town itself is lovely with lots of great restaurants, cafes, creperies and shops. An amazing and fun beach is just a very short drive or 20 minute walk away. Friendly neighbours too made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room, the location is great and the host was very helpful and straightforward. We'd love to come back!

The house perfectly matched our expectations and is very convenient. Nevertheless, the acoustics closed doors (winter) is bad because a lot of resonance probably due to a lack of furniture. We were very correctly welcomed by the person of Welkeys whom we thank for hosting on site but the communication with the Welkeys company via the Airbnb app or their own site is not satisfactory: we called them unanswered, the terms and conditions on their site are not available and the entry exit forms to be filled out on their own site are not clear.

I booked this place to celebrate my 30th birthday and everything was perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is really great, very clean and perfectly equipped to spend a nice evening. There was nothing missing! Valerie is a very welcoming, available and accommodating host. We especially appreciated the flexibility for check in and out. I would recommend it without so much so, thank you again Valerie!

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!

Excellent week with the family (3 generations) in Olivier's home! Perfect location for a bike vacation, a huge park that allows you to play boules, soccer... We even picked up mushrooms! Perfect communication and support, provided by Olivier's father. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Hossegor with a group of 10 friends. The place was perfect: spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The house is perfectly equipped (we see that the owners live there for a good part of the year, because there is really everything you need), tidy and carefully maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. We are not too far from Hossegor and the beaches. The pool and aperitif area are perfect. Between the rental and our vacation, a pergola for the dining table and air conditioning in the parent room have been added👍. Lydia and Stéphane were very welcoming and helpful, always available to answer our questions. Thank you so much for a great week.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Salty Woods Lodge. The house and surroundings are beautiful. The children loved the pool. There is lots to do within walking distance - surfing, cycling, SUP, sailing! Lyn went above and beyond to make our trip perfect, thanks again!

We had a great time at Laurence and Louis's home. This one was extremely clean, so well laid out and organized. Their very warm welcome and Laurence is so available and responsive. The house is even better than pictured A real little paradise with such kind and responsive owners

Marie is an exceptional host who went above and beyond. The home is very well equipped, clean and functional in a fantastic spot. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the home or Marie as a host.

The villa was exactly as pictured and as described. The house was very clean, and the pool was a real delight. If we were to mention a small downside, although it did not spoil our excellent stay at all, it would be the size of the petanque court, a little too short. Andrea has always been very responsive and gave us many tips for sightseeing, restaurants, and must-see places. We spent a pleasant week with friends in this villa, with a big plus: each had their own bedroom and bathroom.

Very good stay in this beautiful Landes house, pleasant, spacious, bright and well arranged. Very neat exterior, well-maintained garden. The house was very clean. Even though the pool could not be used due to the temperatures, it is very nice to be able to admire it, especially at the end of the day with its lighting. House 20 minutes walk to the lake and the city center. Very well located. Spacious and comfortable rooms, as is the living room with its fireplace. The pool table was also much appreciated, as was the gym. André is a welcoming host who knows how to look after vacationers and is attentive to their needs. Many thanks to him. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

Stunning villa 15min walk, 8min bike ride from the central beach. Pool and hot tubs very appreciated. Quality bedding. Very pleasant hosts. It's a budget but it was worth it!

Thanks for a great week. Very nice hosts & great location close to Seignosse Ocean. You get everything you need as a family... and on top a pool weich our kids used every day :)

The property is as described. The swimming pool is beautiful. Great stay except for the TV not working. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is very nice and very well maintained. Good location for excursions and in a very quiet place. As an improvement, you should leave some cleaning utensils, scouring pads, the typical cleaning kit with a dishwasher tablet and other cleaning supplies. Some basics like salt and pepper, tablecloths, or a glass to have some wine. The wifi does not have a high speed and depending on usage it may be insufficient. It has cleaning instructions that are not very clear and do not appear at the time of booking. There are no cleaning fees, but a sign in French tells you that you have to leave the house clean and fully tidied up or hire cleaning for €100. I've never seen these kinds of conditions outside of a contract. The rest is very good with plenty of space and a heated pool (only in season)

A very comfortable place in a nice and quiet environment. The house is new and very clean. Phenomenal to go on vacation a few days and enjoy the countryside and the sea.

Very nice villa. Great location. Teddy is an accommodating and responsive host! The pool is really great with the heat and the house is perfectly arranged. I recommend it and I'll go back again. (the only small downside, which I notified Teddy are the empty garbage cans, the barbecue clean and the lack of space in the dressing room and fridge because the house is usually inhabited by the host). We will definitely return if we go through Dax!

We wish we had spent more time in this beautiful home. There was nothing missing and the kids were reluctant even when we left during the day because they wanted to enjoy it . Our dog found his happiness with the beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside. Antoine was very responsive and available. The only downside to this stay is that it was too short.
