The Villa was the perfect getaway for my boyfriend & I & our 2 children. Our experience exceeded our expectations & created beautiful memories. The view was absolutely stunning of the lake, trees & mountains. This home was a new built, the furniture & appliances were very upscale & modernistic. The hosts paid attention to fine detail & convenience of the amenities offered. The hosts even had a Christmas tree in the living room! I would highly recommend the Villa to anyone that is looking for a romantic getaway or even a family vacation.

This home and host were such an incredible find! Of all the locations you can choose for a weekend getaway with a waterfront view, I would 1000% recommend this place. The hosts went above and beyond for me, they were so accommodating and responded quickly! This home is even better in person, from decor to the views you get from the living room and bedroom. They did a beautiful job making it feel cozy and thought of everything you might need during your stay. What I especially loved is that it’s very private. Perfect for a relaxing family trip.

The house was beautiful and spacious, perfect for a large group. Beautiful home conveniently located near a grocery store and downtown New Hartford. Very comfortable. We are in the area frequently visiting family and it’s wonderful having this property as a place to stay.

The place was amazing, the kitchen was great and has everything as far as pots and pans, spices , etc… The location is great, 8 minutes to Cooperstown and all the restaurants And close to Oneonta. Craig and Christina keep the place very clean and we had a little snow and they were on top of it and had us plowed out in no time. I would highly recommend staying at their cottage. Sunset Cove was a perfect place for our family. It was absolutely gorgeous and it had every amenity that we needed. The beautifully decorated house was very well equipped with such a gorgeous kitchen, big bathrooms and bedrooms. Outside had beautiful decks and plenty of chairs and a nice fire pit to watch the beautiful sunsets. It had kayaks, a boat and fishing poles. It was so nice and relaxing. We made a lot of great memories there and we will definitely rent the house again. Katie was so responsive with anything that we needed. She was a great super host.

Maura's Guest House was perfect for a family get-together in Wells when we all couldn't squeeze into our father's house. It's very comfy, cozy, and clean, as well as well-appointed with everything you need to relax and enjoy the Adirondacks. Maura was quite helpful and responsive. Wells itself is a quiet little town on Lake Algonquin with a small beach and a local food market less than a 5-minute walk. A lengthy list of activities, hiking trails, and restaurants (Hint: Alpine Grille Th-Sun) in the area is provided. Highly recommend this peaceful gem!

Had such a fun weekend! Cabin is beautiful I would definitely stay here again in the summer!! Very updated and clean!

Great location for Cooperstown visits and had access to the south bound highway to get to Oneonta. All items needed and even two refrigerators if you have a large group.
