Waw!!! I begin so since we had a beautiful vacation at Delphine's place!!! A comfortable place,complete with everything you need. We had a great time, an ideal place for families where you can't get bored, a thousand activities every day! We'll definitely be back!!! Thank you Delphine!!!

The apartment is cozy, well angenced and very well equipped. We had everything we needed. The building is beautiful and the gardens are pleasant and quiet. The Bernascon is located very close to the city center of Aix-les-Bains and the floral park with its pretty fountain. We had a great stay there!

Very clean flat. What you see is what you get principle. Very pleasant terrace with BBQ. Nice view of the waterfall. Definitely recommended !

We were hosted very well by Marla's parents. The accommodation is impeccable with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Good knives for cooking, which is rare in rentals! Very convenient garage in RC of the building.

Roberta is a very warm person who welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the accommodation. The accommodation is close to Annecy and especially at the foot of the lake and its small beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and restaurants are located nearby. The veranda and garden are very nice even if the weather did not allow us to fully enjoy it. Thanks again to Roberta for hosting us 😊

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well equipped and pleasant. The lake views are amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Again a big thank you to Jean-François and his wife for hosting us.

Super welcome, the accommodation and pleasant and a beautiful simple view and really accessible at the foot of the slopes . A toboggan and snow accessories are super convenient on site too . Restaurant la pico taille at the top of the excellent and personal toppp trails

Bone discussion , he explained to us very well the anointing of the accommodation. And it's mostly available as needed. We would recommend this listing without a second thought and will surely return.

A very cozy and tastefully decorated home. Everything works and everything is simple. Close proximity to the train station and city center on foot. One of the best places I've visited on this platform. That only reason that could push for a negative review would be to dissuade people from renting so that it is more available to us😉. Because for sure, we will go back, and not just once!!!
