Listing matches reality. Very well equipped, pleasant, quiet (despite the ground floor) and good location. Self check-in with clear, simple instructions. Decorations in the air of the weather and cozy. Free parking available in the residence but be careful 15 minutes to unload the car and pick up the keys as well as the parking lot beep and 35 euros fine ( it's expensive so don't leave all the vehicle). Otherwise, very good stay, we recommend.

A great location (in the heart of Aix, 50m from the covered parking lot of the City Hall, with 4 electric vehicle charging points) and a charming and very functional apartment for one or two people. Valerie is very kind and accommodating. We highly recommend it, and will be back with pleasure.

Our stay went very well in this duplex apartment. The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. We had a beautiful terrace with beautiful lake views. The location is ideal for walking access to the shores of the lake. The ability to park your car in the residence is a real plus. Thank you to the warm welcome from the owner! We had a perfect stay at Loris's for 4 nights of skiing! ⛷️ The apartment is beautiful: clean, modern, tastefully decorated and ultra comfortable. It felt like home from day one. Special mention for the bathroom, really beautiful! Only 20 minutes from the slopes, it was the perfect place to make the most of our stay. Good communication with Barbara who was very considerate and friendly. I would recommend this place if you pass through the Mauritian Valley, you will feel at home there ☺️ Things to do a few kilometers away: the Opinel Museum (free)

Roberta is a very warm person who welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the accommodation. The accommodation is close to Annecy and especially at the foot of the lake and its small beaches.
