Very nice and quiet accommodation and Mathieu is very nice and responsive

We booked this place for two people for a week. We were very well received, Béatrice is very friendly and knows the surroundings very well for tourist ideas. The space is large for two people, we weren't stepping on each other's toes. It has two air conditioners, making the stay very pleasant during the strong heat. Despite the very close proximity of the owners, we felt in a home just for ourselves, with our independence. Access to the pool was very nice I would recommned this property.

Accommodation as advertised. Everything is clean, hot tub ready to use as soon as we arrive. Clear and accurate instructions. Hosts respond quickly to messages. Honestly, nothing to complain about, highly recommend this place. At my next stay in the area I will be happy to book again.

Very comfortable accommodation, impeccable and in a quiet neighborhood. Appreciable to be able to leave your car in the free parking lot in front of the entrance and easily reach the city center on foot (30min) or by tram. Cyril was very responsive and welcoming.

This is already our second stay at Bruno's and we still enjoyed the comfort of his home and its proximity to the center of Aigues-Mortes. The kitchen is well-equipped, the pool and hot tub functional. In addition, Bruno is attentive (surprise basket upon arrival) and responsive to our requests. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay in Neffies - the house was perfect for our multi-generational holiday with plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces and it was also incredibly well equipped. Heidi and Steve were welcoming and responsive property managers. There is lots to do in the area and the village itself has 3 fab reataurants. We couldn't have asked for more.

We fell in love with the house and the area from the beginning. It all looks the same as in the pictures. It is nice and quiet and you have a secure parking space in front of the house. The two hosts are nearby and very helpful. We would easily come back. Thank you so much for this vacation

A little slice of paradise on the doorstep of a vibrant market town. The house was beautiful - spacious, well-equipped - in the most wonderful grounds with a glorious pool. We were a stone’s throw from the centre of town with incredible day and night markets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more. Chantal was a perfect host - calling to check we’d settled in - and Irina met us to handover keys and show us round. We’ve searched for almost two decades for the perfect place in France - we think we’ve just found it…

Second stay at Les Capucines, always as pleasant and perfect. The house has everything you could dream of, each bedroom has its own shower room and toilet, the kitchen is fully equipped. The hot tub is just perfect . And the game room in the basement will satisfy sports enthusiasts as well as gamers or children. We hope to be able to return and thank Jimmy for hosting us and for his kindness. Everything was PERFECT.

Very pleasant place & perfect stay Eric is a friendly and welcoming person. The accommodation is very clean and functional (barbecue,hot tub,dishwasher...) the outdoor space where the pool is located is spacious, you immediately feel comfortable! I highly recommend it.

The villa is perfect for gathering in large numbers. The living room is very bright and spacious. The location close to the sea and in a quiet area (December) is perfect. Sète s easily access by car but also by bikes. Lots of leisure amenities are available. Some work /repairs are planned on aging equipment, it will be even more valuable for future tenants. Patricia and her husband are available and attentive hosts. The accommodation is as described and the breakfast is very good. My stay was very pleasant. The only downside is the cleanliness of the dishes limit and access to the accommodation (you have to pass in front of the owners house).

We had a pleasant stay at Laurent's place. The accommodation is well thought out and clean. We felt welcomed, and attentive. The value was unbeatable, we would recommend it without hesitation,and we will definitely come back.
