Accommodation, modern, very clean and very well equipped near Niort. Recommended.

The house is very well-equipped. Our Polynesian friends loved the location. Agnes welcomed us very warmly. I would highly recommend this home.

The house is beautifully located with nice sea view from the terrace at the front and very quiet terrace at the back. The surroundings are also very quiet, which we enjoyed very much. The house completely matches the description and the pictures on the website. The house is very extensively equipped and there are also many nice extras available in the garden such as a beach umbrella, body boards, bicycles, ... The wifi in the house worked smoothly, which especially the children could appreciate.

Everything is top! The welcome, the accommodation, there is everything you need where you need for a great stay. The surroundings are very quiet and the property is really great. I recommend it at all costs. Thanks again

Small house, very well located, close to the beach, the center (with all the necessary shops) and the customs trail. You can do anything on foot. The house is functional (dishes, accessories...), clean, with a nice little garden (with barbecue , sunbeds, a table, an umbrella). There were 5 of us. The master bedroom downstairs is really great (spacious, good bed and storage), the upper room for our 3 big children (14 to 21 years old) is fine too. It is difficult to bring the car in front of the house, as indicated in the advertisement. However, we have a large space Renault and we managed to get in. We had a lovely stay at this place and will gladly come back.

We had a great time with Élodie, who is a very friendly person, responsive, attentive and does everything possible to respond to guest requests. The accommodation was spotless ( I have rarely seen such a clean shower wall!), the bedding is of good quality, the accommodation is functional with all the necessities available. The availability of the parking space is a real plus in La Rochelle! Thank you Elodie, we'll be happy to come back.

Great apartment with wonderful terrace in town and close to the beach. Stayed in another of Eric’s apartments previously and again we were impressed by the high standard of the decor and facilities. Eric was extremely proactive and friendly and we will be looking to return again in the future. Highly recommended.

Thierry is a very welcoming, friendly hotel, full of recommendations and available quickly as needed. The accommodation is great, we had a lovely weekend, as a bonus the sun and the hot tub for the end of the day is the best!!

A perfect stay! The cottage is superbly restored, in a quiet and soothing environment. The river brings a little cool if it's very hot. The setting is just wonderful for those looking for a break away from everything, and still close to many places to visit ( La Rochelle, Rochefort., an hour drive away). Gaëlle and Nicolas are very welcoming, like the place they have completely redesigned and rebuilt.

Louise and Mickael made us feel very welcome, plus a bottle of white wine and cool beers! Very nice! We had a pleasant week of vacation at Moulin Chaillou. We were able to enjoy the pool, which the kids loved (4 years and 1 year). All shops are nearby, the beach is 45 minutes away, as well as the aquarium, etc. If you need anything, do not hesitate, Louise and Mickael are there to meet your needs.

A nice discovery. We really enjoyed our stay with Dominique and Xavier. The house was very nice and functional. The weather was not suitable and it's a shame because we could have enjoyed the private garden furniture. Xavier is responsive but discreet. We felt right at home. We will be back.

Simon and Sarah are impeccable hosts. The cottage is gigantic and offers an impressive number of activities. You can't be bored, you can't be disappointed. The photos are pretty, but don't do reality justice. The setting is beautiful and exotic. Thank you so much, and I hope to be back soon:)

We were charmed by Thierry's house. Everything is there: the comfort, the charm, the equipment, the pretty garden, a pleasant pool and plenty of games available... A real favorite for this beautiful home and the area! We'll gladly go back to that!
