Great location, great views! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was the perfect spot. Walking distance to everything and right in town. 2 blocks from the train station! The place was very clean and very safe. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is 1 floor up from the ground, with an elevator. There are many tall windows, so there is plenty of light (plus the walls are white). There are 2 bathrooms but only 1 toilet. The bed was large & comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The Nespresso machine had a very generous supply of pods. But the dish soap, kitchen towels & toilet paper were not plentiful. I nearly ran out in the week I was there. Plenty of towels. The TV worked well but there are no lamps in the living room, just 1 sconce. The balcony & picnic table overlook a community area for retirees to play boule. Lots of activity but not loud. The bakery below was very tempting every morning.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

We had an amazing 4-night stay in Menton! The apartment offered an incredible view that we couldn’t get enough of, and the proximity to the beach was fantastic, though it’s worth noting there’s a bit of a walk up the hill to get back. The apartment itself was equipped with top-brand white goods, and we especially loved the Miele coffee machine, which made the best coffee we've had in a long time. The underground parking was a huge plus, making it easy to come and go without worrying about street parking. A really thoughtful touch was the welcome bottle of bubbles and snacks, which made us feel right at home. Our only small critique would be that for 3 guests and 4 nights, only 2 rolls of toilet tissue were provided, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place in Menton! This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

Charming home in a beautiful village. It feels like home. Communication was very simple, the apartment clean, perfectly located in the village. We had a great weekend. I would 100% recommend!

Beautiful, unique. we spent time during Christmas time and we had an amazing weather, the use of the kitchen at the swimming pool was great and now have great memories. although we might have felt a little cold in the evening, the fireplace made our stay warm and cosy. thanks for the clear instructions.

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

We had a wonderful experience in Grasse. The house really captures the essence of Provence with its traditional stone walls and wooden beams. The big outdoor space with wonderful views was the perfect environment to wind down and relax in a peaceful atmosphere full of beauty, charm and character. The hosts were genuinely warm and helpful. Proactive without being intrusive, always available and responsive.​​ We felt in very good hands. We could not have had a better time. Many thanks! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. We loved the little balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed and the apartement is next to a big supermarket. The public beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. The train station is also 15 minutes by walk and 5 minutes by bus away. It was very convenient go stay hier. :) Only the road can be a little bit loud in the night.
