Walk up the front steps and see all the way through the villa, to the outside deck with pool, and beyond to expansive views of the Caribbean sea! The kitchen has beautiful custom slab cabinets, white quartz countertops, all new appliances, and an island with seating for four. The patio has a gas grill and table for six as well as comfortable outdoor furniture. The backup generator keeps everything running flawlessly. This house is located in the desirable Jones Estate neighborhood .

This is a beautiful, tastefully appointed villa and a very popular rental. The property has been re-decorated in 2025 and new AC units added to all the bedrooms and the main room. There is ample room for guests to lounge very comfortably in the house or by the pool. There is a large fenced yard for outdoor activities also. There are gorgeous beaches close enough to walk to. Dining, shopping, restaurants and lots of activities all close at hand. Prices do not include tax.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet area yet close to the water taxi. We rented a car so we used the ferry which only runs in the morning and one trip in the evening so make sure you can get there depending on flights if using a car. Once that is figured out the rest is pretty easy. Nevins is beautiful and untouched. The house has everything you need. We made sandwiches for our hikes and ate out for dinner. We had a wonderful time. Celeste was very responsive with questions regarding the ferry which I did not figure out ahead of time. We had lunch and went for a swim in st kitts before we got on the ferry. If you take the water taxi it’s super easy since they come and go.

The place looks even better than the pictures! The road to get there is a bit rough but you are in the jungle so the trek is worth it. Also, there’s no AC but the windows provide more than enough ventilation which keeps it cool throughout the day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

I don’t usually use words like “vibe” but Jessica’s place has a vibe you can feel as soon as you turn the key. It is a graceful, spacious and very well appointed family home. You just know it has seen so much love, joy and peace. What a privilege to stay there. Jessica was so easy to reach, so helpful with information and just generally there whenever we had a question before and during our stay. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Beautiful villa, excellent host, and an amazing island. Derek was always on hand if we needed anything and Jan was super friendly and provided all the information we needed. We had to extend our trip for a day due to weather back home and we were accommodated without any issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island View Villa. The house is located in one of the nicest areas on Nevis. The views of the Caribbean/St Kitts from the porch and Mt Nevis from the front are awesome. The house is comfortable, well appointed and very private. The property manager was very respectful of our privacy and also accommodating if needed. Brett is an accessible and gracious host.
