Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

This is a gem of a place to stay as a couple. The location is very near (walkable) to Sutton and it’s so beautiful to look off the back deck. We appreciated the quaint town of Sutton (and great dining recommendations) and skiing through the woods. We had a free tour of the ski hill by one of the Sutton volunteers! Just a few tips to those booking the accommodations - stop at the grocery store in town to buy wood in your way, you’ll want to use that wood stove at every chance (it was a highlight to watch the falling snow and warm fire with morning coffee). And check the hot tub temp when you arrive so it’s ready when you are. Other than that, it was a lovely place to be! Super clean and comfortable. I’d bringing a blanket to cozy up with by the fire next time. Check out the L’ets Go pass and explore multiple slopes. We plan to come back! It’s a great spot to use to enjoy the area.

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

Great price and accommodations for the locations. We have stayed at Jay for multiple years and tried out multiple locations. This was by far our favorite space. Having the extra space for the kids was worth the walk to the trails.

Beautiful house and property right on Champlain! Water (or should I say, ice) access was great and the fenced yard is a huge benefit with the dogs. The hot tub was amazing during a frigid February week!

This chalet locates next to the lake and the view from the living room is breathtaking. Our group enjoyed so much our stay in Olivia’s place where is clean, clam and cozy in the nature. Olivia responded rapidly and provides assistance always. Definitely recommend and would come back shortly!

Great house and location for my family ski trip. We would definitely come back and stay at Laurent’s place again!

Christopher place is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. If you love being by the water and love being outdoors you can’t go wrong with staying at Christopher’s place. I hope to return whenever, I get the chance. Lastly, Christopher is kind gentleman of high standards and good taste.
