Jean-Paul is very responsive and we had a great stay in this very well-equipped apartment perfect for two , it has a beautiful terrace with plancha but unfortunately the time of November did not allow us to enjoy it! we'll be happy to go back as soon as we can!

Sandrine's house is very nice, very well arranged and well located in the Phare à la Tranche. Communication was very easy and self-check-in was very convenient. I would 100% recommend this listing!

We had a wonderful stay, Florence and Philippe are very welcoming, responsive and very discreet (they live in the house at the end of the large garden) The setting of the house is incredibly relaxing, exactly what we needed. We stayed for a month with conventional bikes, it's doable if you want to get back into shape! We loved the great excursion tips, this is our third time on the island and we are still discovering new gems! If you have a dog like us, it will be welcome and can also have a great time. Great stay at Delphine's for this Christmas 2024 with the family. The accommodation is totally suitable for 10 people, spacious, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in. Beachfront within walking distance and city center as well. Once the car is parked, no need to touch it. It was perfect! Thanks Delphine!

We really loved the house and the pool. Near to Les Sables d’Olonnes. With a very beautiful garden and pool.

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

We had a great time at Sandra's place. It was as described (even better!). The accommodation is spacious and above all very clean. Simple and effective, we highly recommend it. Our 2 children (2 years and 4 years) also loved their vacation. The large secure garden is great. 👍 Beach 300 m away… enough to be completely disoriented!

And who share their tips The house is very beautiful, spacious, clean, the outside is a joy and the location (for those who love the beach) it is paradise sincea path just 50m from the house allows access to a sublime sandy beach. A very pleasant family trip during which everyone was able to find their activity (cycling, running, Padel or wingfoil, market walk etc.) I really recommend it.

The stay at Steeve's place was perfect. Easy to check-in and Chek-out. The kitchen is very well equipped and the neighbourhood very pleasant.
