Ideal accommodation in the center of Nantes. We recommend it. it is small but very clean and functional. very well located. the restaurant in front is excellent. we will return to our next appointment at the CHU.

it's a perfect compromise for anyone who wants to visit and enjoy downtown Nantes the apartment is in the heart of the city very very quiet and with transport right in front of all the pedestrian streets the shops next door i'll come back to spend a few days in Nantes.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is just sublime, the balcony gives us the view of the elephant. It's very nice. Note that for vehicle trips, all parking spaces are charged. Otherwise the photos are compliant we did not have any surprises . Board games are available, plus a washer with drying option. I would take over this apartment without hesitation if I come back to Nantes . A big thank you to Charles and see you soon . Ps: My daughter gives you a 4-star 😇

Listing is nice as described. Close to the Zenith it is very convenient if you have an event. It is also easy to get to the city center of Nantes with transport very close to the accommodation. I would definitely recommend Frédéric's place

Accommodation near Erdre and faculties (less than 20 minutes) We did not take advantage of the terrace because the weather did not lend itself to it but I would happily come back on sunny days Lovely welcome and little touches for hosts

we had a great time, the house is in a great location, comfortable beds, and extremely clean. Even without air conditioning , at night, you sleep well, despite the heat.

Great! Great welcome, the instructions are very accurate. it was very nice. It is possible to make the whole city center of Nantes on foot from the apartment, very convenient. Big plus for underground parking to protect the car.
