Very well appointed and functional apartment. It is also very well equipped in the kitchen with these utensils and fully operational and varied appliances. The bedding is very nice and comfortable. The host takes great care to follow the smooth running of the stay.... Lapte is a great hiking terrain with these woods and its surrounding meadows. Host not met live but very caring... Stay at the top... To be done again

Charming and warm studio Thanks

Our family of 4 (including teenagers 18 & 15 years old) enjoyed a wonderful week in Le Monastier. Plenty of activities and beautiful places to visit. I recommend Lac D’Isarrles and Le Puy (evening light show is a must see!). The apartment was perfect! We had all we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms a good size with plenty of storage. It was a treat to have a large garden, sun-loungers and patio furniture to enjoy in our sunny weather too! Lots of meals eaten outside. Natalie and her family were very kind and welcoming. Despite our language barrier (my French is not quite as good as I would like!) we managed to communicate easily with each other and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would 100% recommend enjoying a stay here again! Thank you.

A perfect stay in a welcoming, very clean, spacious house (we have 3 children). Frédéric and Sandra are perfect hosts: welcome and small touches, available for information and recommendations. Very good stay. The cottage was well equipped and everything was well functional. The place is very well placed in a quiet location, very close to the river "Le Lignon" Outside, in front of the cottage, the terrain is flat which allows for play activities with children. There is also a circular, wooden picnic space that allows 8 people to gather. It is also shaded. Very nice... There is an awning attached to the cottage that allows your car to be sheltered from bad weather. Cathy's place is nearby (100m) which is very convenient in case of need. Access to the village is possible in 20 minutes on foot by a quiet little road, even with a 5 year old. In Tence there are all the amenities to shop, go to restaurants, have cultural activities. Tence has a "Family" label, so there are a lot of activities offered to children.

Very good stay spent at here, very clean accommodation and consistent with the photos, comfortable bedding and the spa adds a plus to the stay, the shower joints would need to be reviewed, the wifi did not work for me. I would recommned this property
