Beautiful place, cozy, tastefully decorated and super well equipped. The added bonus is the private adjoining terrace. Shops nearby, walking distance. Catou and Jean Pierre are very welcoming while being discreet. Very well located accommodation to discover the region: Lac de Salagou, Mourèze, Saint Guilhem le Désert... Great value for the money. You can book without a second thought.

These few days of romantic vacation with our 2 dogs were perfect in Fanny's apartment, quiet, relaxing and refreshing with the hot tub and all the comforts possible! Small downside (not Fanny's fault) the site sends to another address if we click on the link.

We had a great stay by the sea. The accommodation is as described, very good bedding, equipped and 20 m from the beach. We were able to easily visit the surrounding area.

We really enjoyed the place. A quiet place, everything was clean, great hospitality and responsiveness from our really efficient host whenever we needed anything. I would recommend it in a second.

It was a perfect stay. Excellent hosting. The studio was very clean. The bathroom is fine. Jean-Paul had turned on the heater before my arrival (mid-January, negative temperature) so it was very pleasant. An aperitif dinner was even organized with the neighbors who shared the same passion as me. Having the car in the garden as well as a set of keys allows us to be serene and make our lives as we see fit. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

I rented this apartment for my 2 employees , they were delighted with their stay , the host is very welcoming and very available . The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped . I highly recommend this place and we will come back .

We have just returned from our week of vacation and what to say...we are almost sad to have returned home ahaha! The cottage is very nice and perfect for a stay with the family. We were able to fully enjoy the pool of the residence, the terrace and the air conditioning. Since the accommodation is very well-equipped, we did not miss anything. We really had a great week, I would definitely recommend her place. It's a real favorite, we'll be back for some.

The apartment is as described. It is pleasant. There is a bus stop (line 15) about 100 meters away. During this period, 1h30mn between 2 buses which did not correspond to my treatment schedules. Due to our availability, I did not have the pleasure of meeting Florence; nevertheless, she was easily reachable by phone, at the list and caring. I would recommend her apartment.

A very beautiful outfit, which is very well equipped and decorated with taste. The terrace is much appreciated. It is located in a very cute little residence, very clean and quiet, the place is very peaceful and the pool is really a plus. The accommodation is very well located, 10-15 minutes from the beaches , the port. Meze is a nice little village. We had a lovely stay and will remember this address. Babeth is a lovely host, always ready to be of service, very accommodating and very discreet. Even living above, she was able to make us feel comfortable and respect our privacy. His kindness exceeded our expectations. The house is very quiet, not very large but comfortable and very well-equipped. Very pleasant to live in for a short stay. The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the large pool, its surroundings and shaded terraces. A delight! We would highly recommend!

Ideal apartment for a quiet stay very close to the sea, suitable for all ages. Contains the essentials for several weeks of vacation without forgetting the swimming pool and a large park with lots of games as well as the presence of horses in the morning. Charming and full of life with the farm animals, relaxing, reassuring with the caring presence of hosts and the sea on foot, what more could you ask for?

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

Very happy stay, excellent welcome. Impeccable accommodation, very nice with pool and air conditioning. Well located, only downside near a cooperative and the bottling is sometimes noisy but the owners had nothing to do with it.

The whole group really enjoyed the place during our weekend. The place matched the photos and even exceeded our expectations: the decor, amenities, the size of the house etc, everything was perfect. we had a very good welcome from Claudine ,the house is as in the photos , the place is very quiet and relaxing , I warmly recommend this rental and we will come back with great pleasure. A large living space downstairs and 3 large bedrooms upstairs . We returned 3 vehicles without problem , 6mn walk to be at the edge of the pond on the restaurant side otherwise 300 m to be done to be at the edge of the pond.

We loved it! Spacious chic industrial style house with all the comforts for a great time. A fenced garden, our dog was safe Pool unfortunately for us, unheated during these times. We had an amazing stay at Marc and Sarah's house! We are a family of four who stayed in the house for about 10 weeks. We had an impeccable time from start to finish. The house and garden are very pretty, and are located in the cozy village of Assas. The place is ideal for walks in the beautiful surroundings of the property. Communication from the hosts, as well as kindness and the service from the helpers was fantastic. Recommend everyone to visit the house!
