Fluid communication with Régine and Thérèse, who manages the property on site. This one matches the description. Lots of charm, space - large, well-equipped kitchen, large bedroom, garden (shared). Shops nearby, thermal baths within a 5-minute walk, ideally located. I had a lovely stay and hope to have the opportunity to come back.

Very pleasant stay we had at this small annex house at Annette's! The house was clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need to feel good there. Annette was a responsive and accommodating host. She takes care of her home and asks everyone to do the same! Thanks for everything!

We had a lovely stay in Thomas' house and on the island of Oléron. Very good location, quiet, not far from the beaches (with surf spots) and next to the center of the village for local shops. The house is nicely renovated, very well equipped, also with lots of books, games and dvd available to take care of and have fun with the family. The island of Oléron (and its surroundings) is a beautiful destination, for lovers of cycling, nature and history. Lots of entertainment on the island in summer. It's hard to be bored. All villages are easily accessible by bike via bike paths or by car (very quickly). Thomas was very responsive to every question/message I sent him. Great host, very good accommodation and very nice holiday destination!

Great stay at Olivier's house. Good location with a nice local market in the street opposite on Thursdays and Sundays. Very quiet at night. Lots of toys for kids to play with and a big garden for them to enjoy. Recommended.

Really good value for money, and an idyllic setting. We swam in the river and used the communal garden for barbecues most nights. The house was well equipped and spacious. Only downside was the noise from the road early mornings and as it was a sunny warm holiday weekend when we stayed the local youth were a little noisy playing music and leaving litter around but no trouble and nothing our hosts could do about that. There’s an amazing boulangerie just yards away. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Very pleasant stay with beautiful views from the accommodation and the spa. Very welcoming host. The Bikki beach within walking distance is a restaurant bar with feet in the sand on Les Nonnes beach it was great.

The house is perfectly suitable for a living room with small children, the outside is secure, the sleeping area is well separated from the living rooms and there is nearby a large park and a beautiful playground . The interior equipment is great, there is everything you need for large meals whether inside or outside ( large table, plancha, umbrella ). The house was nice on arrival, and Marie Claude responds very quickly to emails with very clear information. The market and bakery are within walking distance, a supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Gite located in a very quiet area close to the beaches of Saint George and Royan. The accommodation is bright and the pool is pleasant. We had a lovely stay.

Very pleasant stay in Valou and Tof's accommodation. This place, the restoration work of the owners, is very pleasant to live in, arranged in an original and warm way, it is perfect for a couple. The location in the center of the village but on a quiet street is very appreciated, all shops are a 5-minute walk away. The many trails and bike tours are really perfect for discovering this pretty area between the sea and the marshes. Val and Tof are very welcoming, responsive, warm people, and with whom it is very nice to communicate. This little week of November in a lovely sunshine delighted us.

Thank you. for the accommodation: three well-defined living spaces and a very well-organized common area provided with dishes and accessories. pleasure to feel at home with friends. we are left with unsuspecting supplies. thanks for that too. super pleasant stay to be repeated without hesitation.

We were returning to Saint Savinien and found this place. Its location was perfect and had great off street parking which make unpacking and packing very easy. The place was very cosy and comfortable for our stay. We know the area well so did not need the offered support or literature on local amenities but it was clear that Joel had made a lot of effort to provide that for guests who would benefit. The cave area would have been wonderful in the summer but the weather was a little cold and wet during our stay to enjoy those facilities. We would definitely consider staying here agin for our next visit.

Great stay Chez Sophie, the location is ideal, bike ride or walk (we only took the car once), the house is as in the photos and the hot tub to relax in the evening, it was perfect! Thank you again Medelise for the little touches 🌞

beautiful little place, peaceful, close to the small port. the accommodation is very well equipped, nothing is missing. the small back terrace is nice. nothing to say we will come back without any problem.

Very nice accommodation, well equipped, quiet, it feels good. There is a maintained garden, a very nice patio, o palace to put your belongings, some basic ingredients in the cabinets. the bed in the small bedroom is more comfortable than the one in the main room. Cleaning if you take it to the host is expensive (€75).

Adrien is a friendly host, responsive and keen to satisfy guests. The house is very well located in Saintes, allowing several walking tours while feeling in the countryside once the gate is closed.

We had a great time at Martine's house. Authentic townhouse with a very nice garden. Lots of equipment available, we did not miss anything. Martine is adorable and very responsive.

Pleasant accommodation exactly corresponding to the description and photos. Quiet place. Also just a 20 minute drive to all beaches. Parking spaces (free) on the street and adjacent streets. Very good communication , Idite is responsive and available . I would highly recommend it .

Ideally located for visiting this beautiful island! Renovated and tastefully decorated, the accommodation is comfortable and perfectly equipped. Communication is easy and the little attention to our arrival, a nice surprise. ☺️ We recommend eyes closed!
