Beautiful cottage near a wooded area. We had a great time. The place was inviting. We wish we had drier wood and especially paper to start the fire outside. There was only a very small bundle for a fire of an hour at most... Having known we would have brought more wood and paper from the house. It was our only disappointment. Otherwise, the place is great and we were able to sunbathe in the hot tub. We rented this cottage for a little girls' weekend and loved it. We recommend X1000... but bring paper and wood if you intend to enjoy the fire spot outside. Maude, the hostess is very friendly and will be able to answer your questions quickly.

Our Valentine’s weekend took an unexpected turn when our original Airbnb canceled on us after check-in, leaving us stranded. But thanks to Airbnb’s support team, we found Chalet La-Berge Du Lac—and oh my god, were we lucky! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The chalet is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. The jacuzzi was simply amazing, the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Though it was winter and the lake was frozen, we could see they offer kayaks, outdoor activities, and even ice fishing—which I wish I had known about earlier! The place has everything you need—a spacious layout, plenty of amenities like a BBQ, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and so much more. The hosts were exceptional—super friendly and always available whenever we had a question. Communication was seamless, and the check-in/check-out process was effortless. We will definitely be back!!
