We had a great stay in this little cute house. Stayed for 2 weeks with our two young kids. The forest and Climbing is our main interest, so the location is great for that. One can walk to the Apremont forest. This place had everything we needed for a peaceful and safe tour. Imane and Benoit is great and friendly people! We hope to come back another time. The house is very nice, very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, everything is easily accessible (metro, tram, shops, restaurants). Olivia responds quickly to messages despite the jet lag. Excellent stay!

The house had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. We stayed here with our two kids (3 &1) and they loved that Suzanne had toys available. The yard was quiet and a great space to play for the kids. The neighborhood was very quiet, but within walking distance to baker, grocerys, restaurants and playground. Easy to find parking. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

We had a great time at this place! It was very clean, well located and perfectly functional. Everything is thought out to make the stay enjoyable (box of chocolates, bottles of water). Very pleasant stay in a nice accommodation and Géraldine is a very friendly and welcoming host.

Very invested host, from start to finish I know I could count on him. Very responsive by message and very available The accommodation is very bright, tidy and equipped at the top! Airfryer, LED, high speed wifi, 4k box, and projector in the bedroom above the bed! What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it and I think my stays in Paris will now be exclusively downstairs!

We had a great time. The apartment is cozy and clean with all the comforts. It is in a quiet area with parking. In 20 minutes you can easily reach Paris or Disneyland. Host Joao was super helpful and thoughtful. Recommended!

Chi is an excellent host in terms of communication. The house was clean and very affordable. Cnt complain for that price. 10 mins walk to metro. The listing says 2.5 bathroom, which means 2 bathrooms and one toilet; contrary to what we refer in states. It was manageable.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

For a stay in Paris, the apartment is located near the Porte de Choisy metro station line 7 in the Asian neighborhood, very safe neighborhood, with excellent Typical grocery stores. Descriptions and photos are compliant, secure parking is really a plus. The apartment is very clean, the instructions for picking up the keys are clear. Thank you very much Jj.

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Exactly what it said on the description. It was the perfect location, close to the tram network. Check in and out was easy and flexible. The communication prior to, during and after was great I would highly recommend this apartment as a Base while in Paris
