Vacation rentals with a patio in Saint-Esprit

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Martinique! The location is perfect—close to the city, making it easy to explore. The home looks even better than the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. What really stood out was the host’s exceptional hospitality. They were extremely proactive and responded quickly to any questions or minor issues we had, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated their attentiveness and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the place. Everything is designed to make the holidays as pleasant as possible. The environment is idyllic, nature invites itself to the edge of the terrace and the birdsong accompanies moments of relaxation and aperitifs. Philippe is an attentive host who cares about the well-being of vacationers.

The accommodation is very clean and very functional. The bed was very comfortable. Very good location, close to the beach, shops and bars / restaurants. A small grocery store is right next door, a 3-minute walk away. Eric's recommendations were helpful for parking. Thanks so much!

There were two of us in the apartment and it was perfect for us. Harbor, restaurants and shopping nearby. Very suitable as a starting point for excursions by car - Several great beaches can be reached in 10-25 minutes. Especially great was the market next door which took place on Saturday; great selection of local food, fruits and vegetables and in the middle of live karaoke :)

Catherine and Bruno were very good tips even before booking, listening, looking for a solution and very kind. The accommodation is very clean and extremely well equipped. Very good location: in the middle of the island. To be booked without second thought.

Jean Baptiste is very considerate and very available, his apartment really enjoyed the location, the calm, the quality of the bedding , the cleanliness, the terrace and its very pleasant outdoor kitchen, no complaints we will be happy to come back!

The hosting was very warm. Communication with JB travel is easy and responsive. The accommodation is perfect and as described. The views are beautiful. The only downside is the shutters of the floor-to-ceiling windows that are a little hard to operate. Despite this point, we will definitely go back and recommend it. Beautiful place with fantastic views of the sea and the bay! The property is perfectly equipped. We really enjoyed the large terrace and great pool. Pascal is a great host who welcomed us with Punch and even allowed us to stay longer in the accommodation on the day of departure. Perfect stay and all around recommended. We We will be happy to come back!

We loved discovering Sainte-Luce in Martinique. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The terrace, private pool and sea view were a favorite for us. Juliana was very great. Very nice, clean and spacious place . Beautiful view from the terrace to the city of pilot hut. Kim is welcoming,very responsive for tourist information, diverse requests and flexible on check out time. We 100% recommend this accommodation which is very well located on the island close to all the surrounding cities.

Our stay with Marie-Noëlle and her husband was a pleasure. The accommodation is great, a very pleasant low villa, the pool is really a plus, especially reserved for guests. Marie-Noëlle and her husband are very discreet, gives us all the privacy you need, nothing to say. Small + for Amy, their adorable very cuddly dog.

Very nice, large accommodation in the north of the island. We felt very comfortable here and the communication in advance and on site also went great! The approach road is quite steep, but there is a flat parking space at the house.

Beautiful apartment in a green, peaceful and soothing setting. The photos correspond in every way to the description of Florence and Dominique. The terrace is spacious, nice and well ventilated. The rooms are big, we were 4 adults and we didn't feel cramped. The pool is a must! 2nd bedroom on the low level that has a window that does not overlook the outside. All shops nearby, Ste Anne is a 10-minute walk by the trail. We had a great stay, would definitely recommend it.

The accommodation has a beautiful view ,the pool and carbet are a nice place. Marie er Jf are always available hosts. Marie ,radonnante lets us share the love of her Martinique. A real tourist guide with a supporting map. Thank you for the good bananas and spices in the garden., to their human warmth. We would definitely recommend this property for its calm and beautiful vegetation. The path to it is steep ,like much of Martinique. We have a great memory of Marie and JF,and baba and arik🐕🐩🐶🐈

Very nice accommodation, located in a quiet area. The views are beautiful. The accommodation itself is great, spacious and well-equipped. As a bonus, we had the pleasure of discovering a small bottle of planter as a welcome gift. We would highly recommend it.

A beautiful duplex T4, well organized, clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is superb and the environment very peaceful. Accommodation matches the photos and ideal for its location ( 5' from the pier for FDF/Anse à l' âne, superb Anse Mitan beach 3 'and 10/15' from Pointe du bout and its small beach /lagoon, small grocery store/bread depot 3 '- La cave de Lucy). We felt very good and independent there ( 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets). Everything is cozy, comfortable and convenient ( large beach towels available, air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets and touches for the 1st breakfast, private parking and even convenient umbrellas!). Thanks to Pascale and Laurine for their welcome , responsiveness and kind attention after a long trip. The planter was great and very nice not to have to worry about the 1st breakfast My friends and I had a lovely stay , unfortunately too short! Thanks again!

A very nice accommodation for 2 people with a bedroom, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and a beautiful terrace and the hummingbird show. 2 km from supermarkets, a beautiful beach (the other side) without tourists 500 m away and a strategic location that allows a maximum of 1 hour drive to discover the north, south or west of Martinique. A very warm welcome from Nicole and these accras offered as a welcome gift. Essentials in the fridge and on the shelves. Loved it:-)

For personal reasons, we had to shorten our stay with Sonia and Yves. After interacting with them, they were very understanding and accommodating. We would like to thank them again for that. Wish of our brief visit: the pool where our daughter had fun.
