We had a great weekend with friends. The environment is superb, quiet. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. Maybe less suitable with infants, due to the different stairs. The secluded living room/game room is however convenient so as not to hinder the sleeping areas. Benoit is very responsive and pleasant in exchanges. At the top!

Virginia is a super nice and caring host. From booking to departure from home, everything was clear, fluid, accurate, and unambiguous. The house is super nice. We are quiet in this very well located house in Murol with all the shops close by and the castle within walking distance. Ideally located for discovering the region and very pleasant with its garden where it's nice to hang out. In short, we highly recommend Julia's house!

We had a lovely stay, 6 adults and 3 children (5 months, 1 year and 4 years) The house is very functional and very well-equipped. (Toys, high chairs, bed umbrella...) Large garden, heated pool, barbecue plancha/charcoal ...everything is there. And the concierge, Nicolas, attentive and always available.

Perfect place to spend a nice time with the family

We had a great time with the family at the charade. The house is spacious, well laid out, tastefully decorated. Good bedding, large bathroom, laundry room, garage, veranda. The environment is very pleasant with pretty houses, quiet area. Many walks possible from the house in the surrounding forest. Golf de Charade can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Great for getting started or going on courses. The area is perfect for visiting Clermont Ferrand, the Puy de Dôme, the neighboring puys, Gergovia plateau... We were so lucky to have nice weather but the stove in the living room is a real plus for colder days. Communication with our hosts was a breeze. They were responsive when we needed a household appliance to provide it to us immediately. In summary it is really a very nice rental, no negative points to report, we warmly recommend it!!! We'll probably be back.... Thanks!

This large house overlooks it. It has a nice view of Clermont and the Puy Mountains. Large living room, beautiful rooms. The pool of about ten meters is lovely. Well located, this house is half an hour from the main summer activities. Easy to communicate with the owner who is very attentive.

I would recommend this host and this space which is spacious, tidy and has lots of rooms. We had a lovely weekend with 9 people. Thank you for the quality of the exchanges and the layout for the check-in /check-out times which were possible and which we appreciated. Very good communication.
