Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Augustin

This is the 2nd time we have come to Sophie's and it's always a pleasure. The house is very well arranged for our whole family (4 adults and 2 children) and very beautifully decorated. The house is located in a quiet village from where you can crisscross a large part of the Charente Maritime. You can come without so much as a second thought! Anyway, I'll be back. ☺️

We had an easy interaction with Anne-Marie before we arrived. The place is at the bottom of the beach, it's really convenient. We found all the amenities we needed for our baby. The city center is within walking distance and a small carnival is at the end of the beach.

Jean-Francois is very accommodating and responsive. The accommodation is very well located, it is possible to do everything by bike. It's much appreciated. In addition, it is possible to park 2 cars in the entrance.

Only one night spent in Celine's place, but this one perfectly met our expectations. Clean and in perfect condition, with the pellet stove lit by our host before our arrival, to our delight!

Stay for work , everything is perfect. The best value for money in the area without a doubt. Recent house with stove, very warm, very well equipped and perfectly clean. Traveling often on the new Aquitaine , we are rarely so well received! Sylvie is very concerned and everything is perfectly explained, clear! I recommend to all .

We had a great time in this rental, very well located in Royan: beaches ,shops and city center within a 15-minute walk, so we did not use our vehicle for the duration of our stay. The rental was IMPECCABLE, very comfortable bedding, the interior whose decoration was very cozy and pleasantly decorated, was also impeccable and well-equipped, we did not lack anything. Our host Suzanne was very nice and welcoming. Thank you Suzanne for your welcome, we recommend your rental!

A one night stay to rest in. Good bath, good and clean beds, with parking.

Viviane's apartment is very well located near the port of Les Minimes. The communication with Viviane and Sandhra went very well. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment.

Very pleasant stay in a beautiful accommodation, very well equipped that matches the listing description. Jonathan is very responsive. We were unable to close the pool so as not to waste electricity on heating the air.

Bernard et Monique have a very cozy and very nice house. Perfect communication, always available and helpful. It's definitely a place that we'll take into account for the next few times.

The location at the end of the road to the beach is very quiet. In 10 minutes you will reach Dolus by bike (market, supermarket, bakery, fishing, butcher, restaurants). Great choice of beautiful sandy beaches with waves for surfing or bathing.

Perfect stay in a lovely house and a very nice area that we did not know. We explored Soulac-sur-Mer more than the Verdon but the surroundings are very pleasant The house is perfect for family holidays

We are just in Ireland after spending a week in Catherines place and i have to say, it was excellent from start to finish. A very remote location so i would recommend renting acar but the scenery and the house itself are just fantastic. We are a family of 6 (2 parents plus 4 grown children) and this house was exactly what we needed. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space when we needed it and the kitchen was perfect for cooking and dining together each evening. If you want a place that has a lof restaurants and things to do around it then this place is not for you. If you are looking for a place of total quiet and serenity then this is the perfect place for you. Only 10 min drive to tje nearest town but has a bakery within a 5 minutedrove. The only area i would suggest as improvement is that the photos don't do it justice, it's much more beautiful in real life. Thank you Catherine for all your help and quick assistance over the course of the week! We'll be back

Lovely period house the gardens, pool and gym were ideal for us as we were an a family holiday and ages ranged from 9 months old to 70's. You definately need a car though even for going into Saintes as we found that public transport and taxis aren't available in the evenings

Our stay at Corinne's went really well. We felt at home as soon as we arrived: the house is warm, cozy, clean, equipped and above all spacious! Corinne is a great host, who was flexible on check-in and checkout times, which allowed us to stay for the entire weekend. Check-in was easy, Corinne's directions are accurate, and she was waiting for us when we arrived to greet us and give us the keys. Last thing: I highly recommend going for a walk around the house, the surroundings are really nice to visit. Thank you again for the warm welcome, we will be back!

We had a great weekend with the family. Great welcome, beautiful villa very well equipped. Very pleasant exterior, large heated pool.
