Wow wow wow wow wow. What an enchanting, incredible place. The house and surrounding grounds are beautiful and full of wonderful character. The service was as good as it gets. You can walk to the town in a minute or two. If you are on the cider route, you have two acclaimed domains virtually next door, and all of the other ones are nearby. I can't recommend this place enough. PS- Don't miss the Sunday summer market!

How we enjoyed this stay. Nice spacious rooms and stunning views of the estate. The host and colleagues of the estate are all very kind and helpful. A tour and of course tasting the Calvados, Pommeau, apple cider and apple juice is definitely recommended. The area is really beautiful and historic. Normandy surprised us positively.

We loved Catherine's place! It was beautifully private, quiet and peaceful yet a short stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants and museums. The house itself is spacious and light. We found everything to be very clean and tidy. All the little extras such as the amazing collection of board games and Nespresso machine really helped to make us feel at home. Catherine was very responsive throughout the booking process and our stay. We would thoroughly recommend!

Great location. You are within a few steps to the beach, the sea can even be easily heard from your place. Shop, restaurants and bakery are a short distance away and you can walk to arromanches or even far sur Mer. But also to discover the d day beaches it is an ideal place. Ideal for everyone. The host was very friendly and the cottage contained everything you could need. Time has flown, could have stayed twice the time, it never gets bored. See all the tides, enjoy the view. Perfect and highly recommended

Lovely old style home. Good starting point for tours in Normandy such as St Marlo, Mont St Michel or the beaches of Normandy. We were there during New Year's Eve and there were no fireworks or fireworks. Our dogs really enjoyed it.

We chose this location because we wanted to leave Rotterdam because of the fireworks our dog is terrified of. Just to be sure, we had communicated with the owner if there was no fireworks in the area. It was quiet with New Year's Eve. Old and new here in this area is mainly about gathering families and eating out with oysters and champagne. You could enjoy it to the fullest in the picturesque places like Deauville and Honfleur. These could be reached by car in about 20 minutes. The towns look like an open-air museum, beautiful architecture, cozy shopping streets and after a long walk on the beach we were allowed to pamper ourselves in one of the many restaurants. After a long day on the road, it was wonderful to come back to the cottage. The pellet stove started automatically at a few hours. The only thing we had to arrange ourselves was pouring a wine😊

We had a great time at this place in Villers-sur-Mer. It is very well appointed and equipped with a multitude of practical utensils, perfect for a stay in complete autonomy. Location is great to enjoy the area. A small point to note: there are no sheets or linens provided, but this is clearly stated and has not diminished our experience. We highly recommend this listing!

Our host was extremely welcoming and charming, it's so nice to talk to someone and not some lockbox with a code to get inside. I was in the area to visit some ww2 sites and as a bonus our host is an expert on the topic. I have 3 kids who throughly enjoyed staying in the cottage and the "secret" path to get there.

Cozy and very pleasant house, beach and city center within walking distance even with children, very quiet neighborhood. The house is well equipped and a big thank you for leaving scooters, balloons, games etc... available for children, it's really very appreciated.

Very nice apartment, clean and perfect for 4 people. We were out of season, the environment was very quiet and it was very easy to access. I would recommend for a little we near Dauville!

Great place because access to the beach , bike rental and bakery 2mn walk away. Quiet location, the accommodation overlooks 1 passage without a car. Recommended!

A beautiful little house in a perfect location. There was everything we needed in the property. It was spotlessly clean and Hubert made us feel very welcome. It is a ideal location to visit the Normandy beaches and beyond. We highly recommend it and would not hesitate to come back.

Special mention for this atypical, unique place. A cottage like the hosts: warm and inviting. We quickly felt good there. A small setting in the Normandy countryside 20 minutes from the main sights (landing beaches, memorials...). We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful little house, very quiet and close to the very pretty town of Houlgate. It is very well located to go for a walk in the region. We were very well received by the concierge.

We had a fantastic stay in this house. Wish we could have stayed longer than a week :). Clean, spacious, great location just 5 min drive from Bayeux. Good base for exploring Normandie! Teh host Jeanne was always very helpful and friendly. We can definitely recommend it!
