Charming villa of 115m2 all comfort, ideal with friends or family, with a panoramic view of the sea, the beach of Lido and the pond of Thau. 1000 m2 fenced garden, large swimming pool and terraces. Summer kitchen with large barbecue, bread oven and pizza. Very nice villa located in the popular and quiet area of Mont Saint-Clair with a panoramic view. The house, completely renovated in 2010, was originally a typical "baraquette" house of Sète families.

We welcome you on the ground floor of a winemaker-style village house close to the church and shops of the city center. Absolute tranquility and silence in this small loft adjoining a large sunny courtyard. Swing, hammock, sunbeds, BBQ and outdoor shower. The beach is 13 minutes by car or a little more by bike along the way in the vineyards and the bike path. The Lido beach separates the lagoon that is the pond of thau and the Mediterranean Sea.

Large duplex apartment in the heart of the historic city center. Bright, beautiful unobstructed view of Mont Saint Clair. Ideally located 50 m away from Les Halles, in a pedestrian area, with its shops and market . The apartment, through and bright, offers 4 large bedrooms. This is our vacation home, decorated with personal objects that give a very cozy spirit to the whole. A loggia in the back allows you to have coffee in the sun .

In the Corniche district is my 2 room apartment facing the sea, with direct access to the beach, facing south, carefully decorated and refurbished, the kitchen area as well as the bathroom, parking included and numbered parking. Quiet and well-maintained residence,a large and beautiful garden with benches to relax in. Perfect apartment for a couple with a child or big teenager. A plus the Wifi is installed with TV (26 channels)

Nice fisherman's house- La Pointe Courte

Nice 75 m2 fishing house, by the water, located at the short point, small Sétois port. It is a typical neighborhood, with its colorful houses, small alleys, on the edge of the Thau pond. There is a very relaxing atmosphere and a warm atmosphere. No traffic, a large parking lot located at the entrance of this small fishing village.
