Absolutely loved this place, everything was clean and cozy. Nicole was amazing, nice host very responsive and was flexible with check out! I would def stay here again!

Really cute and clean place, so happy we stayed here! It was perfect little place for a getaway to relax, even in the winter months. Everything inside was up to date and it had everything we needed. It even looked better in real life than the photos. Highly recommend!

Lisa's apartment is exactly as depicted in the AirBnb listing. It is spacious, clean, comfortable, close to the village of Sag Harbor and down the block from a beautiful private beach. Given the cost of hotels in this area this apartment is an excellent value. While we did not speak or meet during our stay Lisa provided clear directions with regard to finding the home, parking and how to enter and left us her cell phone number in case we needed anything.

Great stay!! Beautiful ocean view and the complex itself is recently renovated, much more modern and luxe than expected!

Kettly and Peter's place is clean, peaceful, and private -- the suite has a separate outer staircase and entrance. We enjoyed being able to come and go without disrupting the owners. Kettly and Peter were gracious to receive our two Amazon packages during our stay. We highly recommend their place for its location. It was close to the village of Wading River, the local beach, and several historical sites. Several wonderful restaurant options were a short drive away. Wildwood State Park is within 15 minutes by car and well worth a visit; likewise for the North Fork communities located farther East on the Island. BTW, the Fall scenery and local wildlife (i.e., wild turkey, white-tail deer, and pheasant) were abundant and delightfully unexpected. We highly recommend Kettly and Peter's place as a comfortable base -- Thanks, Kettly and Peter! We'll book again on our next trip to LI!

My husband, toddler and I loved this apartment. It was impeccably clean and true to the photos. The small bedroom was perfect for our son. It was so nice to be within walking distance of town and a grocery store. A perfect place to stay!

The place is roomy and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There were juices and sodas and water in the mini fridge, a coffee maker with coffee and some wrapped snacks. A comfortable place to stay in a very pricy part of Long Island if you prefer a home over a hotel. We were only there for the 2 nights of our stay since we were out all day and for that it was perfect.

Lovely fall weekend at Frank's place, just a few blocks from the water and a small beach, and easy walking distance to town, shops and restaurants. A cozy home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay at Amanda's place. It is exactly as described and spacious for myself, my husband and our 2 year old. Amanda was very conscientious and helpful host. The recommendations for Greenport were a nice touch! The kitchen is well set up for cooking meals. All in all, perfect stay and would recommend!

Tricia and her husband were so lovely! They were super responsive, kind, friendly, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The cottage was super cozy, clean, and pet friendly. Our dogs loved the private outdoor space. The location was also excellent - a short drive to town in Southampton and Westhampton. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again in the future!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Greenport. The space was everything we needed. It was very clean and inviting. We hope to stay there again.

Getting to the house was very easy, was treated right away and felt personal. The neighborhood was quiet and we were provided assistance if needed. The walk to the beach was very easy and was nice to have access. Gave a lot of recommendations and tips for first comers. Will definitely use this location again.

My friends and I rented this listing for a wedding at a winery nearby and it did not disappoint! Manny, was so incredibly helpful. He picked my husband and I up from the LIRR station and ordered us a pizza for dinner since we were getting in so late. He also dropped our group off at the wedding and organized a ride home for us. He was truly the most considerate and accommodating host we've stayed with! The apartment itself was cozy. The living room furniture was so cushy and comfortable. Great for hanging out on an unfortunately rainy summer day. There were so many touches of personality and care that it really felt like home. Wouldn't hesitate about staying here again!

We had a great stay! This was our first time in the Hamptons and the space was welcoming, well located to the beach, and a nice place to chill with a beautiful garden. Check in was smooth and all instructions were clear.
