We had a great stay! Everything was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. We loved the extra towels and bedding. The upstairs loft was perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. The outdoors area provided lots of options for mini-golf and outdoor games, and it being fenced off was perfect for our kids. The property was close to all of the sights we wanted to see downtown and convenient access to restaurants and Safeway. We’re so happy we found this lovely home for our trip!

Chad was an excellent host and with his lovely home me and my old military buddies with all of our families were able to enjoy it. Very spacious and family friendly.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Tyler was super responsive and thoughtful, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

We loved our stay here. The house was cozy and felt like a home. I loved the touches like the sand-towels for the pool, and that there was plenty of cookware. I was so thankful for the pressure cooker. I usually pack ours, but forgot. Overall, anything I could think of was there and available. We loved our stay and will come again.

This is the second time we stayed at this property while visiting Sacramento to see our daughter. We love playing pool so the pool table is always a big draw for us. If you like swimming, there’s a nice pool in the backyard. The location is very close to great restaurants and other activities in downtown Sacramento

Jillian is an outstanding host, very response, proactive, and helpful from the time we reserved, through the conclusion of our stay. Not only was Jillian responsive but she was proactive in addressing our requests for assistance and delivered. The property is private, gives an at-home feel, and the neighborhood and surrounding area are peaceful and lovely. We had a very special time as a family and highly recommend staying with Jillian at this cozy, peaceful, and fun property in Elk Grove.

Me and my guests had great stay at K’s love how much space there is for everybody so you’re not over crowding each other. We didn’t end up cooking for our stay but the top balcony would’ve been perfect to just hang out and bbq. Love that there’s a bathroom on each floor and always available seating. Would definitely book here again.

My group of six had a great weekend here! The backyard is amazing, the game room has lots of options, and you’ll have all the peace/privacy you could want with some good food/activity options nearby. It was always easy to communicate with the host and we’d have no issue staying here again.

This was a peak experience staying at this beautiful historic home and expansive property. Kathleen couldn’t have been more helpful and warm before and during our magical stay. There is so much to do on the property that you won’t want to leave. The heated pool was awesome even in Feb and we played with all the games in the garage on the courts too. We picked fresh citrus from the orchard and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were 15 guests who stayed overnight and everyone had a bed, but there is much more room for additional guests beyond what we had. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds so comfortable. She and her team have really thought of everything! We will not hesitate to go back for another family gathering soon!

We had a ball for sure ,we felt very safe and I loved how there is a police officer as a neighbor. the neighborhood was very kid friendly & big spacious house. Id definitely book again. The house was big, lots of space, it was so much space I could blow up the blow up bed in a closet. Lolllll!!!!! I've never been in a house where there is more then 2 bathrooms so we were very impressed!! Actually the house was so big we had 3 empty rooms.

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

This is our 2nd stay at Michael's place, and we had the best time once again! It's like having your own private, hilltop resort with so many fun things to do inside and out that you never have to leave the house! And you can watch the most AMAZING sunsets 🌅 every night right from the backyard! Plus there are many thoughtful touches throughout the home for guests comfort and cute art and decore as well! And the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative! This is the best of the best 👌

Lindsay’s place was great. It was easy to find, easy to check in and out of. Lindsay was very communicative and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is located in the core residential area of ​​Granite Bay. It has four bedrooms. Every room is very clean and the mattress is very comfortable! There are many toys in the small garden, and there is also a real chess set for children to play. The landlord is really thoughtful! It is very close to the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. It only takes 13 minutes to drive to Costco for gas. We like it very much! The landlord is super nice and can reply to any questions as soon as possible. It's great! Next time I come to visit friends, I will stay here again! ! !

The place was very spacious and able to accommodate our large family plus one dog well instead of booking multiple hotel rooms around the area. The backyard is very large and well enclosed. The house had very large rooms and many beds of various quality, but neatly kept. The overall house/furniture has some wear and tear, but it had all that we needed during our stay. Because it was such a large house, it felt airy and not stuffy. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, house was easy to find right off the freeway and near plenty of eateries. We would definitely consider this place again when visiting in Elk Grove.

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. Iris is very responsive and friendly. Iris will do as much as she can to make your stay comfortable for you and your family. The house was a real godsend for us, our house had serious water damage and my family and our pets were right at home for 6 months. The home was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you again

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John
