Vacation rentals with a patio in Sabuk-myeon

The place is nice. The location was also easy to find. However, if you are sensitive to subway noise or noise between neighbors, please check and choose.

I asked you to check in 30 minutes early, and you were kind. It was nice to have a convenience store and a stop right 👍🏻 below. The warm water came out well, and it smelled good when I went in. However, it was uncomfortable because the outlet on the bed side was broken, but if I come near Seoul Station next time, I think I'll stay here. It would be nice if you could have a long power strip! (Maybe I didn't find it...)

We are a family of 4 from Singapore. Comfortable, clean, convenient and easily accessible home to stay. Host is responsive from start to even after we checked out. Got washing machine to wash clothes too. Toiletries, clean towels and very nice herb shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and many hangers. Hope the above helps you make a decision.

Annyeonghaseyo! Maru stay stands out as being super convenience where it's easily accessible to the train, halal food, shopping street etc and yet gives that homey vibe. It wasn't as hilly as some other accommodation near the area and to reach front door of the unit we do not need to lift our luggage cause there's lift & outside the building doesnt have stairs. The inside is fully equipped for us family of 5 (with 2 young kids), all appliances function well. The heater & heated floor works great too & we feel really comfy during winter. Thank u Lina! For surely will recommend the unit to family & friends!

I liked it so much that I couldn't post the photos in the review box, and it was a cozy accommodation. The heating was good, so it warmed up quickly, and it was a very pretty place where you could feel the host's taste and affection even with every item placed throughout the accommodation. ♥︎ Above all, the location was so perfect for our people, so it was comfortable, and overall, I liked them all, so I want to visit again again-!

This place is truly a gem in Seoul. When I think back on my trip, Woohee’s place is somewhere I will have fond memories of. It’s beautifully renovated. After a long day of traveling, I take comfort knowing I have a cozy home I can go back to. Woohee is also a fantastic host, super responsive and friendly. Overall, I loved it, so far as going to say it’s probably one of the best Airbnbs in Seoul.

I traveled a lot and stayed, but it was really one of the best places to stay ~ It's clean, spacious, and comfortable like my home. It's nice to have a fire pit, and it's easy to barbecue. You can see the stars at night ~ The surrounding area is quiet, so I rested comfortably before heading out. The only regret is that the bathroom floor (2nd floor) is not well drained, I think it would be better if only this was improved:)

Clean, nice area, responsive host!

Highly recommended as a gathering place with friends at the end of the year!! There are a variety of board games, and there is a heater in the barbecue, so it's winter, but I ate meat so that it wasn't cold. And there are kotatsu inside the accommodation and a large dining table for 6 people, so it's perfect for playing ~! It felt clean and well-maintained. I want to come again next time ~

Three of us stayed (2 adult, 1 child) at the airbnb. It was nice and cosy at a quiet neighborhood. Check-in: Easy to follow the check-in instructions. Arrived at the place around 11pm. Accessibility: For families with a lot of luggages, this location is not easily accessible by large taxi (7/9 seater) due to the very narrow road. Our taxi driver cars’ (arrival & deeparture) were damaged as it tried to force into the narrow road. There is a nearby larger road which is 1.5mins walking distance from airbnb if you still insist on large taxis. Families with few luggages & using saloon car taxis shouldn’t have trouble accessing the road. Location: Walkable distance to itaewon station (10-15mins walk) and nearby convenience store available (5mins walk) Cleanliness: The airbnb was clean when we arrived. Communication with host: host is responsive and friendly. He is also helpful when we reported the airbnb wifi have issues on 1st day. He gave instructions on how to trouble.

The process of finding the accommodation was a little difficult, but thanks to the quick response, I was able to find it quickly! The accommodation was the same as the photos, and there were two rooms divided, so I could feel a different atmosphere. ~ ~ It was an accommodation sent by three people for a holiday party, and I had a really good stay! The neighborhood is quiet and all the things to do in Itaewon are nearby, so it was great in terms of location and value for money!! ❤️❤️🙂

Thank you for a memorable stay for my family and I. The best part of the stay is the beautifully arranged living and dining area, where my family of six enjoyed quality time together. The comfortable couch, large dining table, brand new TV with Netflix and sound system was top nouch. Unfortunately in contrast, we found the bathrooms rather spartan and cold. Thankfully, the little touches, like a handwritten welcome note, ribbons, fairy lights, Christmas themed pictures, and a responsive friendly host, make the place warm even when it’s -5c outside.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly thoughtful and provided excellent communication, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Minha's place. Despite a few hiccups, Minha was more than responsive at all times and was attentive until the issue is resolved. The neighborhood is extremely walkable or short driving distance to a lot of popular neighborhoods in Seoul.

Superb location, close to: Train station Huge E-mart for groceries and Lott's dept store for everything you can imagine Restaurants Cafes Airport limo Very clean place that is easy to keep clean. Really nice to have a washing machine. Chisung was incredibly responsive and understanding. He even has a man air fryer! The garbage is a bit of a hassle but not a big deal. It was a very comfortable and relaxing place to call home for three weeks for me!
