The condo exceeded expectations! The views were absolutely stunning, and the space was spotless with comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the entire stay seamless. The location is perfect—central to everything you could need. The pool was fabulous and well-maintained. Don’t hesitate to book; you won’t regret it!

We had a great stay at Paul and Carmen’s place. They were highly responsive, respectful and friendly. The location is right next to the beach. In fact there is a path from within the apartment complex to enter the beach directly. There are good restaurants nearby and local grocery stores. We highly recommend this place

We enjoyed our stay at Rob and Kat’s place! The apartment is beautiful and the view is amazing! This location is great for adults as it is in a bustling area close to the nightlife! Also very convenient to Old San Juan. We stayed with children and found it to be a bit loud for them in the evenings. The water on the beach in front of the apartment is very rough and there are warnings signs regarding swimming but a quick 10 minute drive down to Isla Verde brought us to a beautiful beach with calmer waters! Overall a wonderful stay!

Great stay here at Casa Catalina’s place, host was very supportive and everything you need is provided for you right here. Beach access was amazing, pool was awesome, parking was easy.

We had a wonderful stay and Ligia was a terrific, helpful and accommodating host! The apartment has a lovely view of the coast and is, in fact, right on the beach. You walk out past the beautiful pool (which appears longer than 25 yards for those who want to swim laps) and out onto the beach from the guarded gate. There are large umbrellas and loungers to rent on the beach. The apartment was perfect — everything you need and nothing you don’t. You can see the water from the bed. The beach crowd was very family oriented and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again when we want a no fuss, no stress, lie on the beach vacation.

Book this Airbnb right now, you will NOT regret it! Victor’s place was breathtakingly beautiful, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and in a great location. The views of the lagoon and the ocean were incredible from the living room, bedroom, and the patio at all hours of the day. As if his place wasn’t amazing enough, Victor was also a superb host. His communication, kindness, and attentiveness was wonderful. Plus, when the entire island of Puerto Rico experienced a power outage, Victor went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including recommendations of nearby restaurants that were still open. We loved our stay in Puerto Rico, thanks in part to our choice to stay at Victor’s!

We loved your place and really appreciated the extra touches like the water filter pitcher in the fridge with ice trays in the freezer (that weren’t stale tasting), the comfy bed, the coffee, and the cute decor (your dog is so cute!). We loved the view and the access to the beach. We met many people that vacation in your building every year, and we can see why! Thanks for your flexibility on our check-in and check-out! This was the best airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was even better than the photos. The apartment was so cozy, nicely decorated and had so many details that made for a great stay. We especially liked the wireless chargers, first aid kit, charmin 2-ply toilet paper, and bounty paper towels. The AC was ice cold, and the bed was comfy. Location was awesome. We felt safe here, especially given that it was in a "gated" area. We loved having our own little patio and dedicated parking spot! (spot was pretty tight though, heads up). Not to mention the beach at the end of the street (2 minute walk). The coffee shop around the corner is FANTASIC as well. We went both days of our stay. The only negative I have to include in is that I reached out to the host before booking to ask what fabric the sheets were. I was told they were cotton, but when we arrived they were polyester microfiber. I was disappointed about that, but overall extremely pleased with this place and would love to stay again!

We needed a place to relax and be with family and friends. This house provided that. The pool is the highlight of this house!! The water was warm and just perfect. The house has beautiful balcony facing ocean. Hammocks and comfortable chairs were great to relax while listening to waves. Arian is great host very responsive and accommodating his recommendations on restaurants were on point. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this house for relaxing stay.

Janet was an amazing host. She was very helpful with great recommendations from local restaurants to things to do. She was even able to get me into a local gym for exercise. I would definitely stay here again. She is one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with . Thanks again.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marcos' place. The back porch, with its unobstructed view to the beach, was fantastic! The kitchen was quite functional, the property was very secure, the climate control in the first- and second-floor bedrooms was terrific, and one member of our party really took to the very private bedroom on the third floor, accessible only by an exterior spiral stairway. On top of all of that, Marcos very diligently took care of us during an island-wide power outage, refueling the whole-house generator for us as necessary. We had a terrific stay!

Perfect spot in Condado with a fantastic view. Apartment itself has everything you will need with all the beach gear plus a full kitchen with supplies for the basics. Tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Host was very responsive.

Myself, Mom, husband, 6 kids and grandson visit Puerto Rico yearly for our annual family reunion as my family lives on the island. We stay at the Marbella and absolutely love it. We enjoy the safety of the location. The pool is wonderful plus has a playground, out door gym and gated beach access. Clean, Spacious 3 bdrm, 2 bath apartment allowing everyone to have their privacy, plus a washer and dryer and a round bed that was absolutely my favorite. Everyone slept so good! So many amenities from inside to going to the beach, pool etc. plus a playpen, high, chair, stroller, car seat, air mattress. Perfect parking spot close to elevator. You have a views of the ocean side and the street side as this unit is an end unit. My only complaint about the Marbella is all the building construction going on and street noise. But the work must be done and the entertainment must go on so if you can get past that it’s absolutely wonderful. Thank you to our host for sharing your beautiful hom

Mari’s place was amazing. Despiste the minor issue with the building elevator, which she communicated in advance, everything was great! Mari was very responsive and accommodating. She proactively advocated for us when someone parked in our designated spot and had the issue resolved quickly. Would highly recommend. Definitely a place I would go back to!

Nino was incredibly responsive. The unit is completely renovated. Would have liked things like salt/pepper. The building the unit is in is aging. The access to the beach is amazing.

Tania’s listing was beautiful. My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time celebrating his birthday. Everything was perfect especially the location. We had easy access to the beach. We tried to take a drive to another beach on our second day in PR and honestly we loved the beach right behind the apartment so much better. Sitting on the balcony eating breakfast was so peaceful as well. This was our first time in PR but we will definitely be back. Thank you so much :)

The condo was spotless! The view was incredible. You can see the beach and listen to the waves crash all day and night. The location was perfect. You can walk to near by restaurants. The people of Puerto Rico were so friendly! We will definitely be back!!

Lovely serene views of the lagoon especially in the evenings with Kayakers enjoying a sunset frolic. The accommodations were very convenient for a couple. The location is very walkable to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The host and the onsight representative were responsive and helpful. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.
