Welkom in onze recent (juli 2025) verbouwde Studio met een prachtige nieuwe Hotel Chique badkamer! Studio Drees; de perfecte combinatie van luxe en privacy. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein.

Binnen is van alles aanwezig; keuken , inloopdouce ,wc koffie, thee, handdoeken beddengoed enz. Het station is 2 minuten lopen. Feeling at home in authentic centre near beach
The apartment is situated in a little fishermanns house from 1905 in a typical cosy authentic neighbourhood in the centre of Zandvoort. The house is totaly renovated. It meets all modern standards. Near the beach, busstation, trainstation, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You will love this appartment because of the open spaces and the use of natural materials like concrete, wood and metal. It gives an industrial coziness to the house.

This lovely "tiny" cozy cottage is brand new and is located near the train station and a 5-minute walk to the beach, the circuit and the center of Zandvoort. Equipped with underfloor heating, a comfortable bed (160 x 200), air conditioning, WiFi and smart TV (including Netflix) The kitchen has a 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. The summer cottage has its own entrance on the shell path and a cozy private garden.

Welkom in ons ruime, rustige en lichte guesthouse in Zandvoort Zuid! Mijn man en ik wonen hier met heel veel plezier en delen deze mooie locatie graag middels ons guesthouse. Het is ideaal voor stellen ( 5 min lopen van strand, 2 min van duinen en 2 min van centrum. 2 fietsen beschikbaar. Het appartement is gelegen op de begane grond met een eigen opgang, tuin met zonnig zitje incl tuinstoelen, ruimte om eigen fietsen mee te brengen.
