We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
