Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

Good spot for a quiet nights sleep or working on your PC. Beautiful private outdoor space. Host on sight.

The Valley Getaway

Cozy duplex located close to the freeway, Spokane Valley Mall, lots of restaurants located and very close to the super market. There is a huge backyard for the littles to run around. Located in a nice neighborhood with lots of parks close by. For the outdoors enthusiast the Appleway trail and Centennial Trail are just a song and dance away. The Barn Suite

Welcome to the family “Barn” located on the back half of our property. This “Barn was relocated from an adjacent property in 1957 which was used as a chicken coop, a horse barn and then remodeled for the first time in the late 60’s to accommodate living quarters for Anne’s brothers. In 2023 this was stripped to the studs; everything is new including the exterior siding is for your enjoyment. This is a Non smoking and No Pet Suite/Property.

Come stay at this peaceful and centrally located home with serene back yard and stylish decor. Private daylight basement with queen bed, 32’ TV, and dry bar. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Grocers, restaurants, coffee stands, and convenient stores nearby. This unit is great for travelers needing a quick, restful break from the road. Private entry, street parking only, indoor/outdoor cat on premises.
