I booked the apartment for my colleague. Everything was as described, and it was like entering a brand-new apartment. Very well equipped even for a more extended stay. Ema was super responsive. I would give my honest recommendation to everyone for this apartment.

Perfect place to stay and host. No negative points, only positive. Our host was available throughout the stay, greeted us on arrival and made himself available for departure. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and very comfortable with all the necessary equipment. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Hidden gem of Sofia! Enjoyed the stay a lot! The only thing that dishwasher had not worked for all 10 days and it was not fixed, one handyman came once but he was not able to fix the issue. I’ve bought the salt for dishwasher + asked to fix the issue faster, because this kitchen is truly dependent on a dishwasher ( no place to dry plates, etc.) . it seems that this flat is owned by some company and everything is done really slowly except answers in the app itself. But still even without dishwasher this flat is totally worth the price, so 5/5, but could have been 6/5😂

I have to admit , that it was one of the best Airbnb experiences that I ever had. Where should I even start ? That Elena was always there for us , and she solved immediately any inconvenience that we might had ? The absolute respect on our privacy and timetables ? And I can't even start about the house. In one of the best and graphic parts of Sofia , with an amazing view of the central buildings. With all the services one can think of , from children's games and plenty of books to even the smallest detail in house devices.And don't get me started about the cleaning , it was SHINING!But the best part ,I have to say about this accommodation, and this I think is the biggest achievement, is that they made us feel like home. We didn't feel like we were in a hotel , or rented house , but felt the warmth of a home worth living . 1000% recommended and we will prefer it also in the future . Perfect for any occasion , from families , to even large friend groups. Don't miss it .

This is my second long stay at Victoria's place. It feels like home! There have been some improvements to the kitchen and terrace since two years ago! I recommend it!

Had a great stay in Dimitar's apartment. A cozy and welcoming apartment with all the amenities for a business trip or vacation, in a quiet and nice neighborhood. A lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Super close to the metro station, and just a few minutes ride from the town center. Dimitar was very welcoming and available for any request. Would absolutely recommend!

I absolutely loved the apartment and the communication with the host. All instructions were clear, and the entire experience felt just like being at home. The parking spot in the garage was very convenient, and the sense of comfort began right from my first message with Vera and lasted throughout my cozy stay. The apartment is well-equipped—you can cook whatever you like, sit on the balcony enjoying a great view, and sip your coffee. I truly loved it and wished I could have stayed longer.
