Las Lomas Marbella Club Golden Mile Apartment
When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". The apartment is within a residential complex, with few houses with a video surveillance system and common garden areas and a swimming pool of considerable size, depending on the total number of neighbors. In short, it is a place located in a sea of tranquility and disconnection within walking distance of everything a place like Marbella offers. A complex made up of 28 houses, with great privacy, security cameras in the access and common areas, parking for 2 cars, a swimming pool with a garden and a hammock area, which usually has few people, as it does not have many neighbors, and a concierge. With easy access to the Starlite concert venue, as well as the most select or renowned leisure and restaurant areas of Marbella (La Meridiana Restaurant, Bibo de Dani Garcia; Trocadero Playa, Hotel Puente Romano, Marbella Club, Sol y Luna Restaurant) (Olivia Valere Nightclub, Finca Besaya, Funky Bhuda) Personalized attention. By having extensive knowledge of Marbella and its surroundings. We can provide information regarding all possible activities you want to do, leisure, sports, cultural activities, beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping area, and places to visit. This development, superbly located equidistant between the City of Marbella and Puerto Banús, just opposite the Hotel Puente Romano, in the heart of the Golden Mile. Las Lomas is an oasis of tranquility that few developments enjoy today. Marbella's most important residential complexes are located within or next to Las Lomas del Marbella Club. With easy access to the highway and freeway (1 min drive) which makes logistics much easier. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. Mainly by private car, although it has all the amenities within walking distance (supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure). However, it is advisable to have your own vehicle to get around and to get to know Marbella, its areas and surroundings. Easily accessible from the highway, Nagueles exit. From Marbella, by the Hotel Puente Romano, towards the Mosque. The entrance to Las Lomas is through a magnificent arch, located just above the Mosque on the way to La Meridiana Restaurant. There are two more entrances that can be found in front of Olivia Valère on the Carretera de Istán and through the Camino de los Manchones, which gives access to the areas of Marbella Hill Club, Marbella Sierra Blanca, Nagüeles and Camoján. Less than a 5-minute drive from La Cañada shopping mall, the largest in Andalusia, where you'll find spectacular shops, movie theaters, and restaurants of all kinds and for all tastes. All about Marbella
Marbella embodies the essence of Spain’s renowned Costa del Sol, with 17 miles of shoreline luring sunseekers to its azure Mediterranean waters, as it boasts 320 days of sunshine a year. The sea is a way of life here, with four marinas, including the popular Puerto Banús. But there are just as many treasures on land, all doused with Andalusian flavors, represented in its whitewashed architecture and orange trees aplenty: It’s no wonder that the historic area is anchored by Plaza de Los Naranjos, or Orange Square, dating from the Renaissance era. Also within the winding streets of Old Town, which sits in the Sierra Blanca’s foothills, are preserved sections of Islamic walls and towers that formed the ninth-century Arab fortress. But above all, Marbella just has that sense of elevated living, drawing celebrities, culture seekers, and beach lovers alike.
What are the top things to do in Marbella?
Beaches
The famous blue waters of the Spanish Mediterranean draw visitors to the golden sands — and with two dozen beaches lined along the city’s southern coast, there’s no shortage of choices. Artola-Cabopino Beach within the Dunas de Artola nature preserve offers a relaxed landscape among the dunes, while Playa de la Bajadilla, Playa de Rio Real, and Playa de Venus are closer to the action in the city center.
Marbella Old Town
Wander the charming streets of the historic city center, where ruins of the area’s Roman, Arabic, and Christian pasts are all preserved. Highlights include the Arabic Castel’s ruins, the Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation, and Orange Square. Also make sure to wander down Avenida del Mar, which has fountains, gardens, pergolas, and 10 sculptures by Salvador Dalí along its route.
Museum of Contemporary Spanish Engraving
Housed inside the 16th-century Renaissance-style former Bazán Hospital, the museum’s collection of more than 4,000 prints includes works by all the Spanish masters.
