Beautiful apartment, we were 6 people , there was room for everyone . Everything was clean and beautiful as in photos. The beach is very close and found everything at Marina's,for beach(chairs, carpets, surfboard) Cake with everything you need even 2 coffee machines. On the morning from balcony we saw the most beautiful sunrise. We will book again with Marina ♥️

Really enjoyed our stay, but the weather could have been better.

Maria & Sebastian were the perfect hosts nothing was a problem for them and they went above and beyond from booking the apartment at Aguila to checking out. The small attention to details and little extra welcome items left in the apartment was a very nice touch. Great location, excellent WiFi and sea view was great. I would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. I wish this lovely couple every success 😊

The house was better than in the pictures. There were 11 of us staying in Casa Iris, everyone enjoyed the house. Large and good house, with many common areas. Close to 2 large grocery stores and proximity to several restaurants. A few minutes walk to the sea. Always got quick responses from Iris, when we had any question. We'd love to go again!

Great stay in this flat in a lovely residence. The location is very quiet and secure. Perfect for a family with all the necessary baby equipment! The flat is located within easy reach of beautiful places (Mijas, Marbella, Málaga, Estepona). Attila is super nice, helpful and attentive. He was always available if we had a question or needed anything and helped us with our luggage! 😃 I would highly recommend

The accommodation is quite good, as shown in the photos. Francesca welcomed us kindly and we had no problems. My children really enjoyed the hot tub. The location is beautiful, with many bars around. The only problem (outside the house) was the noise at night from the street, since the bars closed quite late.

We just returned from a 9-night stay. Great apartment in a great location in a quiet block. Nicely kept gardens and pool. Some great touches like beach towels and sun loungers (light enough to carry to beach if you want to) provided. Three or four minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable bed, which is a big deal when you're nearly 60 with a sore back! Will definitely return.

Such a fantastic place especially the wonderful outdoor areas with a full kitchen with a bbq and an extra fridge, multiple diverse seating areas, sunbeds a great outdoor shower and of course the splendid heated pool! Happy we got to enjoy it albeit only for one day due to the severe weather brought on by DANA... We were saved by the outstanding caretaker Brian without whom we might have been stuck and not able to evacuate when we did! Huge thanks to him!!! Hope we can come back another time to enjoy this wonderful place.

Nice place, terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment is very well equipped, clean. Grocery store close by. Host communication promptly, helpful with questions about the area, and shopping options during the holidays. Overall impression very good.

Warm home with rustic decor and touches to match the charm of the historical white village whre it is located. Comfy furniture and beds to relax in after a day of touring or hiking. The kitchen was well equipped and workable for 2 people who are used to cooking together. Walking distance to several restaurants, although 2 we wanted to go to were never open when we tried to go despite what their signage said. No problem, though, because we loved the home cooking, local cuisine and great value of La Esquinita which was closest ..just steps away. Luisa was a joy to deal with….went out of her way to get medical help when needed for one of our guests and was super responsive to get minor wear-and-tear issues repaired quickly. Due to construction directly across the road while we were there, we couldn’t enter the very small garage and were rarely able to park near the house; had to walk app 5 minutes. mostly uphill, which was great for exercise but not fun in the pouring rain.

The apartment is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Now in winter it is good to have underfloor heating in the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the towels are very fluffy. The bathroom is a bit small, with a shower and washing machine. The furniture in the living room looks different than in the pictures, but is OK. The view to the sea is very nice and the balcony gets sun during the day and has space for 2-3 people. It is not so easy to find a parking space. To get your luggage or shopping into the apartment you have to go up a path with steps outside, there is an elevator in the building. There are many pigeons on the ledge in front of the windows; you can hear them from sunrise to sunset. The pigeons are really annoying, loud and make a mess. Victoria responds very quickly, is friendly and helps with everything immediately.

A cozy and easy-going genuine home in a safe and quiet, gated building. Proper keys and locking systems and you don't need the key to get out of apartment/building. David is a gentleman and the flat has everything needed for small family to stay. Not for 24h party people. A genuine view of the sea and promenade starts from the gate.

Antonio was extremely helpful, responsive and a great host - no issues with checking in or out. The apartment was as described and shown in the photos. Its a short 10-15 min walk to the old part of town, castle and ampithreatre, and then only a few more to the beach and water front areas. We were a family of 4 so was a tiny bit cramped and there was some noise from the apartment above, but overall still really good value and a great place to stay. Thank you for a great stay Antonio.

Great beautiful apartment on the beach with within walking distance of a restaurant, paseo, .... Super clean, homely, apartment with everything you need (soap, towels, olive oil, crockery, ...). Host was also kind enough to provide an extra baby cot, dining chair (for a small fee) as well as check us in earlier. We had a great and carefree holiday. In addition, the apartment is very spacious and equipped with luxury.

Very nice apartment, great modern kitchen, good views from balcony. Beds in kids room in particular very comfortable. Nice variety of pools on site and grounds in general very well maintained. A slight lack of amenities mean you will need a car for the stay, or be willing to get cabs etc to head into town. The restaurant at the lagoon was okay, though sadly pizza oven not working when we were there. Overall the resort is very good. Easy to get taxis in and out of Estepona (or e.g Manliva) if you need to, but car probably best. The road approaching the resort is a bit tired and full of potholes, but we had an SUV so it wasn't too bad. Overall a great apartment, and we would return.

Excellent central location. Recently decorated modern and clean apartment with good facilities. Met all my expectations. Would recommend.

We had a great time in this apartment with stunning sea views🌊. The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and as described. Special mention for the host, who is lovely, very available and responsive to all our requests. We would highly recommend this apartment for a pleasant stay by the sea.
