Sliding doors facing the garden and patio provide an extra room spring and summer. Trampoline for the children. Good wifi. Parking in the area (SEK 6/hour daytime, Sunday no fee).

The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.

You can also easily and quickly reach Copenhagen by train from Hyllie station which is 5 km from our house.
