Excellent property very helpful hosts

Summer laughs in LV! Big cozy beds, Pool, WiFi
Excellent stay. Beautiful backyard. Most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. Charlotte was a very friendly and responsive host. I would definitely stay again for my next trip to Vegas!

24073 MGM Signature Balcony Suite NO RESORT FEES
Great spot just off the strip. There are nice quiet pools right on site, or you can access the MGM Grand pools as well. Nice to be able to access the monorail, or the strip is about 10 min walk.

NEW! Floral Cozy Guest Suite, 5 mins to the Strip
Eva’s place was wonderful to stay at. Everything was clean and the place made me feel at home. The air conditioning was very nice after spending a long day in the Vegas heat. Will definitely want to come back some day

Luxury Condo - Stunning Views of the Lake & Pool
it was a great location and condo has a beautiful view. We loved the unit and pool! I would definitely stay here again.

Palms Place 19th Floor Corner Suite Strip Views!
This was a huge upgrade from the room we stayed at last year at Plams Place, Michael's was top notch one of the best I've ever stayed in, felt like a million bucks in how maintained and well the overall location was. Loved the balcony views of the strip from afar. The stand alone soaking tub in the bedroom was amazing and overall made a getaway for myself and my wife abosultley amazing! I would 100% rent again! One note outside of the review and nothing to do with Michael's place but overall Palms Place the elevator for this location was horrible it took on average 5-10 minutes to even get an elevator that you could get on because they were constantly full and only had one or two working but the staff said none were down. Nearly missed my uber ride due to this issue. But overall it seemed to be a building issue and didn't have the same last year so not sure what happened either way I was very impressed with the stay and can't wait to return next year!

Palms Place STRIP VIEW Luxury Studio 37th
I stay at Palms Place every other week for work. Great view of the strip at night and for the sunrise. unit has everything you need to be self sufficient or for easy access anywhere in Las Vegas.

Newly renovated, Near DTLV. 3Bedrooms 2.5 Bath
This house is amazing and I will definitely try to stay at this home everytime I come to Las Vegas…
Apartments with pools in Las Vegas

Tahiti Village Resort 1BR Tropical Pool Oasis
We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming — they truly made our day. The location is great too, with a mall just a short driving away that includes Whole Foods and plenty of dining options. There’s even a small playground in that mall, which our kids absolutely loved. Although the property is off the Strip, we didn’t mind at all since there’s a convenient shuttle available. We also enjoyed the hotel’s view lounge and all the pool areas — such a relaxing experience! This place is perfect for a family vacation in Las Vegas, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. One more thing worth mentioning: the listed checkout time was 11am, but it is 10am. When I asked if we could extend it to 11am, they kindly allowed it with no hesitation and no extra charge. Amazing hospitality!

D30O3 MGM Studio | Sphere Strip View | PH Floor
great place! easy check in process!

Quiet, Cozy Condo! Close to the strip
Very convenient location close to the strip. Hosts were also very communicative. Recommend for a stay!

2BR condo Next to the Strip Free Parking /Pool/Gym
I had an amazing stay! The amenities were great; I went to the pool almost everyday really easy to access and great space. The home was lovely; comfortable beds, beautiful balcony, and extremely silent despite being in a communal atmosphere. What sold me was the 5 minute drive to the strip, Walgreens right around the corner along with chick fil a and a Dennys. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and really attentive as far as things regarding the home. Would love to return here again when I make my next trip to Las Vegas!

Palms place residence deluxe condo with Pool & Gym
Wonderful corner suite within a great residential tower with views, privacy, a great workout facility and close parking garage. Very unique and cool artwork too -- what's not to love? Hosts are responsive and courteous. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again without hesitation.

Updated Luna Top Floor Studio that sleeps 4!
Peaceful escape from the strip and nice surroundings for walking and biking

2 bdrm, kitchen, pool, shuttle +
Wonderful location and amenities! Host was responsive, kind, and helpful. Would definitely recommend & visit again.

Upgraded Tropical Oasis! Pool, Hot Tub, Gym!
Nice location just off the strip but really short walk to Gold Coast, and Rio. Spacious accommodation, ground floor unit, right by the main pool. Even though it was downstairs and next to a common area, you didn't hear anything going on outside unless you opened the door. Will stay again.

Luxury 2 Bdrm Close to Strip!
We had a blast and very close to our venue. Pools were great, very spacious rooms, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Hope to be back next year for the same event. Sean was a great host!

* Stunning Strip View 24th floor *
We loved the apartment, simple and comfortable. The view of the city is phenomenal. One whole wall is windows that show city lights. The shower has two heads and there was plenty of hot water.

Mauris Vacation Home - a place for Non smokers.
This place was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. I felt safe in the area. The apartment was clean and had all of the amenities listed. Mayra was also very kind and responsive to my questions. She responds relatively quick. I would definitely stay again

Sphere View, Free Parking, Walk to Strip 750 sqft
Great host and hotel staff, good location, large comfy room, nice pool, and ample parking. Solid affordable choice that's about a $10 uber ride to anywhere on the strip. Would book again.

Grand Desert ~ Pool ~ Shuttle!
The apartment/suite was beautiful. It was the right amount of space for my family of 7. If you don't mind a little extra walking, you don't have to wait for the free shuttle to the strip. We did both as well as used an Uber several times. The host was responsive and helpful. The resort was very nice. Staff included. The only "complaints" I have is you can tell the cleaning crew did a rush job. Some places were overlooked and it showed. I didn't notify the resort staff about it during my stay but I did let the host know. The resort staff will try to make you come to a timeshare presentation. During check in they sign you up at a separate counter. I felt it was both aggressive and incredibly inconsiderate. We'd been traveling all day and arrived after 10pm. My family and I were noticeably exhausted and that didn't seem to matter. After I said no thanks several times, he insisted he'd look bad if we didn't come. We scheduled but didn't attend. Would stay there again though.

37th floor w/ Strip View and Penthouse Elevator”
Richard was super responsible and the place was very nice — great view!

Luxury 2BR | Near Strip/Sphere/LVCC | Free Parking
Great location, amazing host

Near Strip | Lux 2BD 2BA | Gym | King Beds
A great well furnished and equipped space in a secure gated area in close proximity to the strip. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to make a meal and the space was homey, comfortable and clean.

Your guide to Las Vegas
All About Las Vegas
Since its emergence in 1931 as the gambling capital of the United States, Las Vegas’ renown has evolved from a decadent desert oasis of 24-hour thrills to an ever-evolving destination for luxury experiences. While the famous neon signs of yesteryear have since been retired, the LED-illuminated skyline remains quite unlike any other city in the world, with architectural facsimiles ranging from convincing to audacious. Visitors have options galore beyond gambling within the city’s lineup of sprawling modern resorts: world-class dining, A-list entertainment, and a nightlife scene that is best experienced rather than described.
The best time to stay in a vacation rental in Las Vegas
If Las Vegas ever needs a new slogan, it should be “Come ready for anything.” Summers can be unforgivingly hot, especially during the months of June through August, when arid desert temperatures can quickly climb into the 100s Fahrenheit during daytime, then plummet by 30 degrees during the evening. The city’s desert Jekyll-and-Hyde personality means you should pack a swimsuit and sunscreen for poolside relaxation during the day alongside a sweater or jacket for promenading the Strip at night.
While rain is uncommon throughout the year, late autumn and winter months can take visitors by surprise, serving up pleasant temperatures in the 60s and 70s during the day that can immediately drop down to freezing temperatures in the mid-to-high 20s once the sun has set, again warranting preparation while packing.
Top things to do in Las Vegas
The Strip
Las Vegas makes it easy for visitors to experience most of its most renowned sites in a straight line: The Strip’s iconic resorts stretch from north to south along South Las Vegas Boulevard. Between gondola rides, extravagant fountain shows, a rotating lineup of star headliners, and rides atop the Guinness World Record-holding High Roller observation wheel, there’s plenty to occupy guests 24-7 within a few square miles.
Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area
Visitors rarely stray too far from the Strip, but those seeking outdoor adventure should set aside a day to drive out about 15 miles west to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. Majestic red-banded sandstone peaks await to explore along a one-way, 13-mile route, delivering what can feel like nature’s palate cleanser to the city’s more decadent delights.
Ethel M Botanical Cactus Garden
The three-acre Ethel M Botanical Cactus Garden offers a leisurely stroll among a prickly family of over 300 cacti and succulents.
